Congratulations Mr. Yamamushi! I hope that you will be able to make significant contributions for the betterment of this game as part of the team now! Quality of this game and it's service have always been--since the start--the interests of the community and I believe that you will represent our interests in your new workplace given the passion you have for this game. Thank you for all your contributions to the community and I hope that you will be able to do more for the community as a new NQ staff now! All we want as a community is a game that truly represents the genre and maintain it as it is without dumbing-down the features with business-model that doesn't break the gameplay.

Thank you sir and take pride of your new work and organization!

Hey Yamamushi,

you have been probably one of the first players i met in DUs pre-alpha back in 2017
You have never been the most creative builder in the game, but you did great effort for the community by setting up the DU discord and the DU Bot.
You runned the first podcast and even sometimes spoke on events in the name of the community.
Everyone got theyr strength right? ^^
You have proven, you can be a great community manager.
Its gonna be an even bigger responsibility to be part of NQ now and im sure you will do a great job for the game now, the same amount you did for the community.
In the name of the Members of Red Dragons and our friends from many other orgs,
we wish you the best as an official NQ now.

Congratulations to Yama!

Some feedback about the Novaquark Employee Policy:

Quote

2. He/she is given an anonymous player account so he/she could still continue to play the game, however, some specific rules apply to such an account:
  a. The Novaquark employee behind should not reveal his/her real identity and/or he’s part of the company.
  b. He/she shouldn’t join a player-run organization with this account either, for neutrality reasons.

Not being able to secretly join a player-run organization and play with others means that the developer won't have first-hand knowledge/experience of game play, feel, performance and balance on the live server (from the point of view of a normal player).  Please consider changing rule 2b.

And risks of showing others directly or indirectly what may come in the future because you buy, sell or trade some very special goods.

Imho devs shouldn't play at all with a private account.

Yes, there is a chance of that happening if the developer uses his knowledge of upcoming changes.

But as it is, developers won't directly see the problems with the game, and will have to make decisions based only on community manager feedback (with much of what's being said lost in translation), or what looks good on paper. IMHO this is worse than the risk of indirectly revealing some information. There likely are/were many [NDA] things that would be done differently if the developers played the game more with unprivileged accounts.
