NQs unwillingness to simply ban the 3 schmucks who fill every forum post with a tired rant on how the game isn't being developed anymore, and how no one is playing (both wrong) makes it a dreary drudge to try and read anything here. I still try though.

I disagree, we shouldnt have 5 hq tiles, we should have 5 hq tiles per planet.
Also have to say that we definitely need more interesting mechanics for mining units bonus and taxes such as lowering the taxes and allowing orgs to declare alliances so that tiles can get bonuses or even negative affects, a better yield randomizer, and lastly territory warefare that makes sense, then the hq amount needs to be reconsidered.

After careful consideration and seeing the outpouring from the community, we have decided to remove our building. Make no mistake as this isn't HexTek conceding to those of you who have harassed, stalked and even threatened us. For our organization, we would rather put our efforts into enjoying the game and playing how we feel. We made sure that we were not breaking any of the rules set out by the developers however this seems to have been taken out of context and assumptions have been made about our build. Our organization would rather play and enjoy the game and not be chased out of every platform because of who we are. We do not appreciate the threats to our lives, the constant harassment, and the slandering. We certainly never had any intention to grief or cause undue hardship to anyone playing the game.
We would like to apologize to the NQ Staff who spent countless time dealing with this outpouring and helping to clarify the rules. We see no reason to have NQ's time spent on this rather than future development and possible content.

i understand that a single tower that is gonna be fully built out and is not in any way a "GRIEF" is only a minor inconvenience when relying strictly on autopilots to do all your flying for you. causing you to actually exert some effort when you're flooding the economy with quanta from farming the mission.

Well, so according to NQ's official statement, those rules only ever apply to the market tile itself and we're clear for building our towers and putting screens too? If so, I kindly request NQ to properly fix their screens text to CLEARLY state those rules are ONLY VALID FOR APHELIA TILES, as I want to build my own stuff and don't want to be bothered in the future because of rules not applying for everyone.
But honestly, this whole topic has been a shit show and following the whole "XXL and XXXL items not needing schematics is not an exploit" thing it really takes my trust from NQ. Feels like their rules only ever apply when convenient or that they are "partnering" with those players.

All I see is hatred here. Are you telling me that a few discrepancies has caused so much hatred in you that now you must leave the game? Do you not care for all the time you spent here? What about all the people you have met. DU is not a perfect game, I don't think any game will ever be a perfect game. But why can't we enjoy it for what it is? NQ surely has some stuff to take care of, but man they are human too trying their best to live and make cool games, surely we can cut them a little slack? Bwaha
Take a break bro, but don't leave forever. Come back and enjoy the game again when you are ready to.

I think the Founders have been more than patient. Most of us contributed back in 2016 with an expected delivery date of 2018. We were later told that there were delays, and that we would receive our rewards "soon". Soon became "later", and then "before game release date". Here we are on release day, and we're still left waiting. As a Ruby founder, I was promised the following:
I am still waiting. This is not right. I have made several inquiries via email, and through these forums, and I either get a blanket statement of "soon", or I am ignored. This is gone on for too long. JC and the team need to address this. Today. It's launch day and we're all feeling pretty cheated.
