It is currently not possible to gift keys (this will happen for backers with adequate rank during beta if I remember correctly).
As it is also forbidden to share account, it is unlikely that anyone will share a key with you (that would be illegal to put it clearly).

Current packs are for backing the game. Higher packs gives you access to the game in its development version (pre-alpha) which is unfinished and lacks a lot of gameplay and refining.
Of course, there is no subscription cost before the release.
 
After release, the game download will be free and you will have to pay a monthly subscription.

Calm down guys.
Shouting and insulting is only going to get the thread locked and people punished.
 
@maxxuser, keep in mind that you are currently backing a game. Having lots of different currencies to trade is not going to help NQ develop the game.
They will probably update sales closer to the release, once the try to actually sell the game.
From experience, I can tell that pushing the subject publicly and pushing NQ's hand is not a good idea. You will just make them angry too.
 
For the others, even if you have good reasons to get angry, it's always better to stay correct and helpful. We don't need league of legends community.
 
I'm gonna ask for a CM to clarify the subject.

He was given the option to restart his org after it was deleted by NQ as long as he didn't ghost, I understood his anger at the time. MM was a known issue in the community though. Neither was banned after the ghost incident. Slaxx was banned because of how he acted after. MM was never actually banned, he demanded a refund after the incident. I'm sorry if he truely has mental disabilites, but to me it doesn't justify how he lashed out. In the end its NQ decision to allow him to come back into the community, if he is allowed to come back though i dont believe he should be allowed to repurchase his pack. I won't claim to know what exactly happened via pm's. thats between slaxx and NQ. If he is allowed to come back, he should be aware that there is a good chance the community will hold him at arms length much like we do with MM

You are turning your post away from DU Ports, and toward Win vs Linux debate.  There are plenty of places that debate can be made, but this game forum probably isn't the best place.

That's okay, it's a joke with many layers.

So I saw a comment on this tweet from Dual Universe where someone wanted a plushie made of the robot pet:

Wouldn't this kill the purpose of a world reset?
But nothing prevents you (or a team) to save blueprints of the city and rebuild them after launch ;).
 
Also, as Lethys pointed out, NQ usually don't want to take part in player gameplay.
I add that copy pasting buildings from different players and different location will probably look ugly as they were not supposed to fit which one another.

Quick answers:

1.a - I've no idea what you are speaking about. This may be due to translation errors.
 
1.b - These markers will probably depend on radar / sensor you have on-board and are only place holders at the moment.
This gameplay has not yet been shown but I'm pretty sure you'll be able to distinguish different celestial bodies.
 
3 - New solar systems don't need to be develop: universe generation is procedural and automated.
I don't see anything preventing to have two suns if NQ add it to the generation algorithm, but that greatly depends on current implementation so I don't know.
You idea to bring up though.
 
4- There will be FTL drives at some point. You can check the last AMA transcript for the last information about them: https://dualthegame.com/en/news/2018/02/08/in-game-ama-feb-3rd-2018-transcription/.

I don't know any Chinese player here, but they may hide themselves ;).
I guess that the big problem with China is the firewall and related laws... it may be hard for an independent studio to put servers there, at least at start (NQ may have plans though, I don't know more than you).
