Well there are several things we are planning on doing one of them is the design of our new REDACTED, then there is a project called CLASSIFIED which aims to bring together many of the industrial powers in DU.

Trigun, i am willing to work with anyone, not necessarily a member, but i like to see myself as a free agent....that usually hangs out with my friends The Outfit.

I look forward to never seeing the insides of those prisons. Unless of course, it's to smuggle one of my "good for nothing" *cough* "associates" out of one of your fine establishments. 
 
That does bring into question how one might actually be able to incarcerate a player. I'm starting to have FoM and APB flashbacks. Aside from just purely RP'n it, do you guys think they might put restraints, non-lethal weapons, etc. to make it so we could actually be caught?

Well, this is true, depending on the size of the vessels anyway.
You don't want to have to micromanage someones gunners and such beyond your own ship, that's just painful. With some form of main leadership -- Squad leader relationship in the structure allows for groups to run autonomously within their restrictions, i.e, their orders. But it also allows that leader to see if the battle is going south and pull out extremely swiftly instead of waiting on the main commanders decision. 
Sometimes that's crucial.

Will there be taxes enforced over nations that want to be governed by this court in order to pay for the enforcement of the laws?
 
Kind of like outsourcing your nation's judicial system to a "universal court"?

The organization's description gives some details so that everyone can get an idea of what the system will be like.  It certainly will need some revamping, but the general structure is there.

I think a lot of people are missing the face that because of the elements being a set shape and design, all of our constructs using them will have the same elements look.  I love this idea of making them look like a construct, I hope the Devs could do this.

I believe there should be several types of tractor beams, or, sizes anyway.
Thus allowing you to choose what your tractor beam can do, even if it allows multiple types of tractor on a single unit, it could make things interesting. As said above, it could be used for either ships, cargo, debris, etc.

But what about doing the opposite, what if someones trying to board your ship? Why not have them be reversible repulsor beams as well, allowing docking ports or ships to push their enemies away from contact. 

Would in theory ruin a pirate in a fighters' day. Tractor em and blast em full burst of auto cannon glory. 

I believe that this will happen naturally, over time.   I see smaller groups living near each other in peace setting up alliances so they can all help keep each other safe.  As time moves on, these will eventually evolve into nations.

I mean...if we talking about realistic....you wont hear sound in space. however I don't think there is ANY knowledge as to the type of sounds in the game yet.

I would hope that when you use the hologram, it then shows you the screen like you are referring to.  just a fancy terminal that might also show some important information on the hologram.
