I'm sorry, but you most likely do not pass the turing test.
Aside from that, please clarify whatever you meant with that post, its absolutely not understandable.

most of what you said doesnt fit into dual universe:
Dungeonraids with limited team size means instanced dungeons, there wont be anything like this in DU
PvP worlds, be it small or large, are meaningless, as the whole universe will be a pvp zone
Gear-Score is useless.. because there are no instances, you can go everywhere from the beginning (as long as you dont die)

Multiple-playable races doesnt fit lore-wise, but maybe they'll include it in an addon, far far far in the future.
As for regenerating farm worlds, i suppose the wildlife on the planets will respawn, but you certainly wont get money from the system for killing npc, because there is no system-money.

Okay so imagine you are a moderator / developer for the game right. Your job is to go and search the forums for anything interesting about the game, maybe a golden idea the team hasn't thought of.

Great - so now try going through the forums to see how many of the posts are relevant. So just how many of the comments on some interesting posts have good content? Go on, have a look.

To those of you out there that are posting so you can get your count up, just give at least some contribution to the discussion. Yea some banter and chat is fine though there is nothing stopping you from taking your conversations elsewhere.

yes, stupid, greedy devs, how dare they to want a secure income for paying servers and salaries, i mean, if i look for a job i also always take a initial payment thats aproximatly 4-5 months of work worth without a monthly salary, i can do extra work and be payed for that, right? totally legit...

yes, millions of potential, salty teenagers who can't afford to pay, big deal
B2P? Not a viably option for a niche game, it simply wouldn't generate enough income.
F2P+Itemshop? This is a builder game, even a pure cosmetic cash shop would have a big influence on the game, so not really an option either.

Its ok, we will have to stay on such an initial planet for several months, so its great if a few thousand people wont be able to completely explore it within a few days.
Additionally not the whole surface of the planet will be interesting for players.

thats exactly the question, with normal, mousetargeting i could decide where to destroy the hull-voxels and send in a bomb-drone or something similar. If its tab targeting i fear we will only be able to target significant systems of the ship or completely random, thus we wont be able invade it from less important parts of the ship.

the language is becoming a little bit toxic here, heated arguments are great, but pls avoid direct insults like "some asshole" etc.
agriculture for medizin/catalysators etc. is great, but ofc. not in connection with a food mechanic.

Even if some may find it appealing to have to eat every few hours, most voxelbuilders and general mmo players will find it annoying, and thus it's something not desireable for a mmo which aims to have more than 100players online at the same time, thus no matter what the people in the forum say, the devs wouldn't be so ... "optimistic" to implement something like that. I think that topic was mentioned often enough and doesn't need further discussion for now ^^

its pretty simple, there will be people who buy stars to give them to others and people who do everything to get those stars, especially if they are linked to something like playtime. The people spending money on those stars aren't the problem, thats fine. The problem are those people who would do a lot to get these stars, for example creating a lot of polarizing posts, attacks on more or less disliked members of a community etc.
It doesnt need to work always, for something like that its ok if 1 out of 50 posts gives a star, as long as you post enough. Thats why it would induce spam.
The ideal that only high quality posts get stars won't happen because people are emotional creatures and if someone starts an emotional or polarizing topic then there are bound to be some who give out stars for that.

No, reddit does this to increase their amount of posts due to players trying to "earn" those trophies, which isn't exactly the goal for the DU forum.
I'd rather not want a system that induces spam.

    1) the variety of ships comes with the advantages and disadvantages of the designs as well as the improvements. It would be pretty annoying if every ship woul dhave to be built by hand.
    2) believe me, building the same ship over and over would be much more boring for builders^^
    3) there is a lot of preparation for wars, gathering ressources, loading ammonition and fuel, manning the freshly printed ships etc. having an army of people build the same ships for a week doesn't really add athmosphere, will most likely make wars less likely and more boring because most builders wouldn't want to be stuck with the same thing.
    4) you can only rebuild ur fleet as long as you have ressources and energy, reparing not to heavily damaged ships is probably far more ressource-friendly, thus still the prefered way.
    5) ofc ressources play a very important part in wars, that's always the case. But at the same time the quality of the tech and ship-designs can influence a lot too. Its pretty realistic this way.

I dunno if you would like to be someone who is stuck within the factory of your guild building the same ships for weeks just to prepare a war. If you are then i'm sure you're one of very very few who would do that, if you aren't then you shouldn't force other people to have to do it
Most builders get their enjoyment by designing and building something new, not by dozens recreations of the same stuff.

the planets have a diameter of roughly 30km, they are, in mmorpg terms, enormous^^
I think the biggest problem will be the research, we will need a lot of different components to build a basic spacecraft, and all of those need to be researched^^

I don't really think you have to plan anything for it, as long as there is the ability to damage the voxels on ships as it is in space engineers, boarding will happen automatically, which is good. Its the duty of the players to design their ships in a way to make it as hard as possible, but i don't think there needs to be a seperate mechanic implemented for it.

Just allow us to target different parts of ships and thats it

no, thats a misconception, let me quote omniscient google on that matter:

I gave arguments for an "eat or die" system and arguments against it followed by a logical assessment of both sides with the goal to improve DUs gameplay, which completely qualifies as constructive criticism

That said, "hard edges" in disputes aren't nessecarily bad because it means people care for the matter, of course only as long as no personal insults are used. Using double the amount of words to describe something "nicer" just because others might get offended if you formulate it plainly is a waste of effort. That desire to never offend anybody anytime because of any idea is hindering progress and one of the cancers of our current society, especially if those "offensive" things are just plain facts and reasoning without any emotional argument.
People who get offended because you refute their ideas with logic and reason should toughen up a little bit, its not like they are insulted or get hurt if someone tells them that their ideas are bad.
