No support on discord makes a little sense since it gets so hectic in there, but no GM in the game?!  In a subscription-based game in alpha beta?  Wow. 

Couldn't care less about discord and dont care about ingame support either because I don't play but man. Some ppl pay monthly for that shit and they can't even have that. It's ridiculous

This is not a test of strength. This is about enrichment. And some emulate that. 
But nice analogy with seal clubbing. Has nothing to do with it. Maybe next time you'll use the pirates from the Caribbean as an example. No, not the film.

This game is fucking boring without pvp. Pvp helps all parts of it. Even the civilization part. Because right now how it works in the safe zones there is no reason to build cities.  Why would I live on someone else's tile when I can safely live on my own?

So tell me please, why people can play for free after the subscription has expired?

So everyone who calls NQ out on smth or feels like this game could do much better when X was there or anyone who feels like X was a bad idea by NQ should just stfu and move on.

Giving them flak for Bad decisions is as valid and good as giving them kudos for doing good stuff

On surface you right -- forum (Discord to some extent) now filled with quite unpleasant reading (and -- obviously -- irrelevant in wider picture). Even more, I think, most of reasonably self-critical "usual suspects" will agree. I myself want to see more reasons to have positive discussions.
 
Yet, your logic is deeply flawed. 
 
Exact reason why people still wasting their energy here is because they care about game (granted -- now in quite bad way). Speaking of "to put off" -- no, most of this people in question in some point were (or still) seriously involved with game, invited a lot of friends (some even bought them copies) etc, made organizations, content. So they contibuted to survival of game. Its not some band of whiney degenerates who hates game and scares away newbies. No, mostly its ok productive people in bad mood, totaly targed audience playerbase.
 
Root cause of this, that 99% start from quite reasonable critics, ideas (not doom and gloom), but NQ quite miserably fails to manage this, channel such energies if not on something useful, then at least harmless. With growth of frustration, overall negativity grows too, eventualy to ugly forms we observe daily.  
 
In this light I constantly deeply questioning overall CMing strategy of this project.

It's baffling because part of NQ's job is game design -- understanding how people exploit systems for personal gain is kind of their wheelhouse? 
 
You think the situation I've outlined is obscure and unlikely? Great, so do I...that still means it is a viable attack vector.
 
There's a long list of companies that have learned the hard way that even obscure vectors eventually get exploited...how many cases have there been where corporations have been warned about an insecurity well before it was exploited, but didn't bother to do anything...? They probably thought it was paranoid, too -- that the risk was so low it didn't matter.
 
A lawsuit or exploit from a game API like this will materialize at some point. It might not be with DU, but it will happen.

On the one hand you want to build community, on the other hand you insult those who made the game possible on Kickstarter with the pledge for you. The people who are rightly complaining here have been here for a few years and have probably had a bit more to do with NQ and DU than you have in your short time. 
In principle, you yourself are the problem of the whole misery. 
 
I have no choice but to pillory NQ's behaviour. The community is very divided and that's a shame. We have a lot of old players who are no longer positive about the company and I can't blame them because problems have not been addressed for several years and now everyone is promising or expecting a miracle cure or that the community wants to solve the company's problems (for free mind you!). To me, the optimism of the new ones is also a breath of fresh air. On the other hand, we must not forget where we come from. If this balancing act between Kickstarter and today is not achieved, I see no hope for the future. You don't help by not trying to understand what the problem is. But first you swing the club and insult everyone. That's what I call gg.

So if a name is in a certain place at a certain time from a French company that makes it possible, where EU citizens have access to, then it is already established by law that this is a natural person we are talking about.

Just because a few people don't care doesn't mean it doesn't matter. This is not about tin foil hats but about your rights as an EU citizen. If someone thinks they have to violate them and doesn't secure the legal cover, then we have a problem. I have nowhere given my consent for you to use this with my data.

TLDR: A French company allows a player to collect data on other EU citizens (players) without them knowing what is happening to them or being able to object and the EU players never had an opportunity to press somewhere "I Agree".
