That has already been explained in the last devblog about the RDMS system. Organization are just TAGs that people have, so you can have many of them at the same time. The tag system has a tree-structure, so you can indeed have a tree structure of organizations. 

I have to say that I don't think I have ever been looking forward to a game as much as this. I had high hopes for Destiny when it was first announced, but that turned out to be a very different game to the one that I imagined. The same goes for No Man's Sky.
 
But Dual Universe, from all that has been revealed so far, is shaping up to be the game that I (and most people on here I'm guessing) have always wanted to play. I think the scope for role-play is going to be incredible. Example: I was watching a documentary on the development of the SR-71 blackbird, and realised that having an underground research and building base, that is only accessible to a select group, is totally possible in Dual Universe. Keeping the development secret could be done by flight testing the constructs at night, and then perhaps only selling the blueprints to select people within a specific organisation or those with a particular political leaning. Only a small example, but the possibilities seem endless at this point!

So what I have gotten from all of this is that we don't know.

There's going to be a large city built around the arkship just by virtue of it being a completely safe zone.  All the major organizations will keep stockpiles, R&D and civilian manufacturing facilities there, probably in skyscrapers.  Since that is where all new players spawn, that's where you'll have the main recruiting centers.  It may be that the rest of the planet is mined out but maybe by that time there'll be farming.  Maybe the planet will be covered in solar cells or fusion plants to power the city.  Those would have to be defended.  And since it will be the ultimte respawn center, organizations will want to have outposts supporting travel from the arkship city to their own power centers.  Mining will certainly move from the center outward but there will still be economic, energy collecting and military activity in the core worlds.

Like others have said: welcome to reality. The sub covers the cost of the game and the free expansions. The sub is planned to be around $15, which is well within the budget of most people. If someone can't afford it, then they can't afford it.
 
Like Lights said though, DAC prices are going to be through the floor at first because there will be almost a hundred thousand DACs entering the game. So if you get in early you can probably play for free.

So if you buy digital gold you get 23 DACs. Worth 414€ for only 120€.
Plus with every pledge it says you get the game at launch.
 
So I don't quite get why you made this post. A crowdfunding campaign always gives you some advantages over others (if you back you get DACs cheaper or even a lifetime subscription). You don't HAVE TO back this game in order to play it at release - so no need to rage there that you have to buy the game and pay a sub. But you have to pay per month nonetheless.

Yeah as already stated above, this is reality. Servers cost money, especially for a single-shard universe.

It's a game, not a medicine. You pay for commodities - like games. Welcome to reality.

If people want to talk about how much they earn, they can. Actually, discussing it with coworkers is a good idea as it helps prevent discriminatory pay practices. Discussing your compensation is protected under US law. I'm not sure why you'd want to discuss it here, but you seemed so vehemently against it that I thought I'd mention that there is nothing wrong with talking about it.

@Kane Hart: while we can understand your confusion about other people than Novaquark's staff able to create topic in this section, this is not a valid reason to reply in an agressive way to other community members. True, Lights may have not posted in the most relevant section. However, you could have mentioned the issue .This small issue is going to be fixed quickly. In the meantime please stay courteous, even in cases where you think someone has done something wrong.

I too can't understand people who post in here and why they even allow it. But lights just announced an official goal, so no need to get mad at him imho

well then by all means contact NQ-Nyzaltar and suggest to him to change these permissions. or just make a second forum where one is for developers only for announcements and one is for community announcements

there is no such thing as front page editor this is just the announcement forum section. if you dont like the way NQ designed it please file a complaint with them (Though i would suggest not to so they could focus on more important matters tbh)
