Did I actually read this correct? ?? Some people’s logic is beyond me.
 
Maybe as a community we should change the terminology so people get the basics of the game. These higher tier asteroids are in contested territory. If you go in to contested territory where people fight for what is there by design of the game that’s on you and your own choices. The only person you have any right to complain too if you suffer a loss is yourself.

And if you don't understand that and don't want to respect the safes zones: you can quit the game. It doesn't seem like it's right game for you.
 
And when we look at the game's kickstarter announcement :

If you don't want PvP don't go to the PvP zone.

There is a gigantic safe zone which was expressly created for this.
If people go out into the unarmed PvP zone it is THEIR problem, not this of the game.
 
The ore that we harvest in PvP zone costs us extremely more expensive than that which can be harvested in PvE zone. We are spending tens / hundreds of millions in quanta / playing time to have PvP ships to defend against pirates. We cannot let people freely mine without making this effort, it is unfair competition.
Someone so unlovable and condescending that you will have to understand this.
 
DUAL UNIVERSE is an initially PvP game. Yes, PvE has to see its place. But it's not YOUR game.
You have the right to play the role of victim but stop cry like a child.

This is a game. In which you are perfectly fine in the safe zone.
You are trying to draw conclusions from in-game actions to the actual person which is playing a game. And that is an extremely weird thing to do in my opinion.

NQ always announce big huge communication updates with some "we hear you!" Stuff (trello board for instance) and then just abandon it. Always happens when the outcry for more communication can't be swept under the rug anymore. After some time, when everybody is happy, they abandon it again. Has been like this since the beginning. Will not change. Wouldn't be surprised if it's the same here too

In a nutshell. PvP is not fair and will not be fair.
Protect you beloved and your friends. Stab your enemys and take everything they have.
 
The imagination that pvp space is fair is very optimistic on your side.

You guys just make it net to impossible for PVP guys like me to do some occasional miner hunting, it is like you consider all of that is yours alone. many of us just don't like mining and building and trading as you do for some reasons unknown to normal people. We, too, want to fight on magnitudes and let our our own creativity which we have, not just you alone. Fact is, you disable most of us, for no other reason thatn just your egotism and need to have fun on the cost of many others.

But I am standing to what I said before. You guys just make it next to impossible for normal guys like me to do some occasional mining of T3 to T5 ore, It's like you consider all of that space and ore is yours alone. Many of us just don't like war and destrution and killing as you do for some reasons unknown to normal people. We, too, want to build in magnitudes and let our our own creativity which we have thrive,, not just you alone. Du will be free to play too for ppl once DACs are a thing, same model as eve 

Great video, but it has the exact same problem as the older "This is Dual Universe" video.
Meaning it does not represent actual game play. And anyone getting a subscription based on the video will be in for a rude awakening.

Single shard would be great if it worked.. But when some construct flying past you is glitching out with a position update once every second if you are lucky, it is clear that they are struggling.

Some have been saying this for years to no avail.

We've been there. We had that. It utterly failed in a quite spectacular way. So nope, they wont do it. And even IF they would do it, they'd just listen to you and then forget about it, even if it were valid points. We see this pattern for years now, NQ will not change
