    Dunno, but it does sound like it might. Wonder if they thought of it. Given that the programmers obviously didn't think about the interface, or didn't have time to bring it in line with the changes (why it doesn't just read from the same data that the actual operation does is a bit of a mystery, now that I come to think about it), it'd have to be a separate team changing the details and parameters of the tutorials to fit, because the "backbone" programming team definitely don't have time for such frippery as tutorials (which will be obsoleted again with the next change, I have no doubt).

    Does this change harm the industrial tutorial, isnt it completely destroyed because of that?

    And exactly how will this work for new players? A free market does not automatically mean lower prices. If you have a majority of established players with lots of quanta, then a completely free market will make prices increase, not decrease. Why would for example someone having player the game for years, bother with selling fuel to newbs with hardly any profit margin (relative to where they are in the game)?

    There is no universe where 1800L as the minimum makes any sense.
     
    Edit: It would be understandable if it is a temporary solution that will greatly improve the game performance until they have a more permanent solution. But since we as usual have little to no information from NQ, we can only speculate.

    If you open the industrial device, it shows the standard amout of items needed and items produced.
    Only when you are hitting the Start button it magically change the values.
     
    This is clearly a bug in my opinion.

    Given NovaQuark's stated intention to be transparent about the development of the Dual Universe, don't you think it's time you spoke to your disciples about the state of the game a fortnight in? Let us know the tribulations you and your loyal soldiers are fighting. Give us a heads-up about how you see things developing in the near and mid-future, having the benefit of 20 days of 24/7 ops and nearly 2 weeks of "open" subscription?
     
    The community is rife with theories, and curious to know what's going on. Can you spare a few hours to knock a 10 minute piece to camera together to answer some of our burning questions and give us some closure on our speculations? How about it Jean-Christophe?

    one of my other favorite games Arma established a scripting section in its forums. Such section in DU forums would be very helpful for LUA beginners and advanced scripters to get support with scripting by other players and to discuss different solutions.
    I would very much like a exclusive place to ask and answer scripting question.

    Building has many many comfort of life issues:

    -Remove the freaking hand and the tool, it's extremly cumbersome when you try to place something big in the bottom left corner.
    -Add the option to stop elements from flashing, it's uncomfortable and distracting when you do details near elements, makes everything around it less visible.
    -Add the option to toggle the outer grid, it often hides what I'm trying to see.
    -Add the option to toggle the center of mass lines, it allways distracts from, and hides the true middle because one is almost never oriented in the perfect middle looking perfectly straigt along the grid.
    -For the love of god don't do voxelmancy ripples, bulges and bumps on only 90° and 45° lines... Please give us a way to see and erase those metadatas.

    Also did you have to make all nanopack aluminium voxels so überglossy the grid is basically invisible in 97% of lighting conditions, gosh I'm so glad the flashing elements reflect on the shiny voxels ?

    Honestly it's so awful I keep stretching my neck - as if that would help - because I can't freaking see what I want to do.

    The only feature I wish would be added, is setting more than one recipe on maintain.  So could have a refiner set to refine all 4 ores of tier maintaining 1000L of each ingot in the output. Crafts one til reaches goal then goes to second, third, and forth, then loops back to first.  Gives you same automation without having to have 4 refineries for every tier of ore.  Having more would just increase productivity.

    Here's how a player should find out the status of the servers: Launch the game and hit the play button.  If the servers are down then it should just inform the player in that window. No discord or forums or any other method of communication should be required to get this information.
    The message on the game launcher should be clear and concise.  No confusing or cryptic error messages or codes should be used (those can still be displayed for troubleshooting other issues).  It should just say something like "The server is currently down. ETA is [time in the player's timezone]."  UTC shouldn't be used unless a UTC clock is added to the game launcher; it just adds confusion.

    Hey there,
     
    i have the same CPU and you got 100% exactly the same usage profile like mine i7.
    There is only the one dfference in temperature. I dont get that high amounts because i notified a problem with my socket voltage outgoing from the mainboard (not now, it was already months ago independent of Dual Universe). Before i realized that the Voltage input was too high, my temps everytime went up to 80+°C. The i corrected the Voltage manually and it never grows about 65°C now but still auto-clocks up the normal value (the factory speed values, i havent manually OCd the CPU).
     
    At the Problem time i checked both cooling methods. With an Corsair AIO Watercooling unit and a BeQuiet Air Cooler.
    Nor iam only using the BeQuiet Aircooler because iam to lazy to change it again xD.
     
    But long story short...
    I have the same cpu behavior like you got it but a little lower Temps at all...
    Because of no CPU is the same, it is okay i guess...
     
    The multicore usage does not work correctly for mee and a friend too (my friend is using a i7 4790k, but got the same "only one or max two cores are in use").

    Hi.
     
    When you click a recipe that is in the queue of your crafting window, open the recipe with the queued quantity in the middle window.
    To allow the user to not have to manually re-enter the amount when they want to look up the item requirements Change the "Missing Ingredients" marker in the queue indicational (Red if missing items, Yellow if it's item requirement is dependent on other queued recipes before it)
    To provide a clean graphical indication of the queue status and requirements Placing artificial voxel removes dirt voxel within x distance of it. 
    To allow for cleaner builds that move into the dirt. Enable users to see their trade history. 
    To give overview of a player's trades. Even though they can do this manually, it would be easy to see where you bought items and how many at what price Enable users to filter the order lists on market
    This could be a ticker list, categorized by planets, or perhaps even with a set distance range, perhaps a "Show Local Only" ticker Extend the Harvest tool/Mine tool hud with a contextual infobox
    To contain the material you are looking at, the refined version of it, and how much of it you have in your inventory Implement the ability to "Favorite" recipies
    To provide an easy way for users to find often-crafted recipes Allow for an option to take missing dirt from the inventory when flattening the ground. 
    To allow for users to line firt up nicely with built structures

    Thats the sad truth.
     
     
    But if we are pulling together in one way, we maybe are able to get some better way to do that.
    Checkout this one here. Simlan already posted in there and i had a private conversation with the Mods.
     
    They think in a similar direction and therefore pushed the thread into the area of ideas.
    Mod-Mondlicht also contacted NQ, without obligation or promises, and tries to achieve something in this direction :).

    Both absolutely correct in my mind.
     
    Dual Universe is not the first MMO that I play.
    In every MMO to date, I've been able to see the status of the server right in the launcher or on the login screen. This should also be mentioned if the server is semi-online (for updates or maintenance by the administrators).
     
    The first MMO I remember from 2003 had a list of servers on the login screen in which you could see four status messages (just as an example, I am aware that you can't do it exactly like that. But something like that would be fine great):
    - empty (colored green)
    - Populated (colored yellow)
    - crowded (colored red)
    - Check (For Administrative work | Colored purple)
     
    I think that way you can intercept a lot of requests in the forum or in the Discord, if everyone can see that cannot be connected due to maintenance.

    Territory scanners are a great boon to finding higher tier ores.
    Of all the digging around I found one pyrite blob, but depth on Thades is very variable because the actual surface (that the ore depth is calculated from) can start anywhere from -1500m to 3000m, which complicates matters.

    Du kannst unter C:\ProgramData\Dual Universe\Game\data die dual.cfg bearbeiten.
    Ich habe da vsync deaktiviert was auch einen extremen performance boost gebracht hat
    allerdings ist es seit 2 Tagen so, das ich jetzt alle 5 min vom Server geschmissen werde ( Connection closed by Administrator)
