As the title suggests, there's no rule specifying we can't, so we can build in teams (e.g. builds representing an org's entry) Right? And if so, will the prize go to a sort of nominated 'leader' for that team, or will the rdms system be up and supporting org owned assets by the end? (That last thing is for if NQ responds)
