Hello guys , i'm new in dual universe , i recently chose the gold founder.

I was asking myself , what if there is a new player who meet a high level player , would the high level player will have the possibility to shoot / fight the new player ?

( I am talking about , after he left the safe zone of the arkship certainly )

This needs an overhaul anyway, so I'll get started on that ASAP.
