If you can only show approved images, then the d1ck p1ck was approved by the interface...same as it is now.

Thx Koruzarius! Great job at wording the idea. I do some times news stand stuff, funny memes and such....Imagine a lot of players having a screen with - Juvenius Links - or newstands. This would be such a game quality of life feature! low coding cost, high player engagement! A true low hanging fruit.
NQ Do this! its at most 10 lines of code, its just a simple URL redirect.

DU has been running for more 4 years and not having a PROPER WIKI does not help with new player retention and establish player experience . The only wiki available is the FANDOM's Dual Universe one, and it is just painfully full with ads, we need an alternative to it.
We at NIS made this quick mockup of a CLEAN WIKI, what could be had if we all work together to make it. https://wiki.nis.do/. It doesn't take much to make it work if enough players join in together to DU IT, no solo player can do this. We offer a start, an initial proposal to the community, lets make this a project we can all back and make happen, a GOD DAM GOOD WIKI FOR DU.

Round can create confusion...make a circle a circle it's a function of radius....but an ellipse is a function of its axis...2xrx , 2xry.....so its better just o make a new function...a more accurate formula is:
addEllipse(layer, x, y, x-diameter[a], y-diameter[b])
that way it's just to plot the thing x²/a²+y²/b²=1

I log to the game to in to see my cores underground and my tile claimed by someone else, I have a 12 day TIMER my dismantle my stuff to get it back.
Question is, how do I get my stuff back if its underground and I can not dig to it? did I lose my stuff that is underground?

For my point of view this is not a good feature that helps build a stronger player base, its just a NQ win to lower the server bill. In less than a 6 weeks NQ manage to RIP orgs tiles that have been inactive for a while. True some players abused the ORG mechanic but to mesure all on the same stick is bad.

That NQ made massive miscalculation in what he game would require on their end was been abundantly clear but at the same time, reading words that seem to indicate NQ is taking ownership of this is encouraging. I have always been of the opinion though that it is far more "sellable" to charge $10/month with a proper back end than $7/mo with an unstable one.
What is not clear but what I feel I read between the lines here is that there wil be a drive to push more towards the client, possibly even going as far as (partially) implementing P2P level distributed server tech. Also my concern is that NQ will further reduce backend interaction on their end by reducing update frequency between clients and servers and possibly further increasing batch sizes in crafting, especially from nano pack which has so far been left untouched.
As with part one.. we'll see how this pans out but my fear is the bottom line is that NQ will throttle and limit what can be done in game to match the back end traffic to their budget.
Has any game maker tried a node/distributed tec? like come to think about it you could have players host servers of "map volxel service" to distribute and offload data off NQ....and NQ pays in ingame currency for the service....humm going to reserch this a bit....good feedback!

To have a cost efficient data structure is a good step forward for the longevity of the game. I hope similar efforts are done to the quality of content generation.
