I am bit confused so to say. 

I have backed the KS with an Iron pack.

It seems that the upgrade is not available to Iron and Bronze pack. 

 

IF it is not available, and I buy a new pledge, will I keep my 2 DACs that I have got with my KS pledge?

You would have to create a new separate account if you wanted to buy a Support pack. Currently you can't upgrade from the Kickstarter/Founder into a Support pack.

I would not recommend doing this at this time.  I’m sure NQ will come up with a better system at some point 

 

Alternatively I’m sure you can ask NQ to give you the pack you want for a simple difference in prices.

The Supporter Rewards that haven't been gifted automatically to equivalent Founder Packs are the following items:

- DACs from Supporter Packs
- Beta Keys from Supporter Packs
- In-game and forum titles from Supporter Packs
- Name in credits as a Supporter backer
- T-Shirt from Patron Pack.

Error 500 can happen due to huge traffic happening on our website (as you can imagine, our database is a bit stressed at the moment ).

So if you get this error, please come back a bit later. Moreover, the issue has been identified and we are going to make a short maintenance tomorrow to improve the capacity.

Thank you, the particular issue I had was that I was using my email/password combination like in the forums instead of Username/password combo. Once I used my username, the error stopped for me and I am now a proud owner of the patron pack!! I'll see you all saturday!!
