  1. Indeed, lots of organizational empires are build out of a lot of organizations. Alliances out of alot of members and this really messes stuf up.

  4. Well the plot thickens. If i recall correctly we are all gone have 3 alts per account as this was stated previously by NQ. Best would be to implement that prior to these changes just to help some community leaders with project orgs like tortuga. What is the use of first killing off all this orgs and stuff and then few months later introducing the alts per account. Waste of time, money and effort of some of the greatest community leaders. @NQ-Admin When can we expect to get the 3 chars per account? and would it not be wise to implement that prior to the destruction of organizations? Also if we now do the calculation again, do it times 3 and you get about 1000 cores per player. abit much dont you think so? then some have alt accounts and then it goes up rapidly
  5. Glass is supposed to be clear else it is milk glass/matted so the only right solution for changing glass would be to add a new type or as said before make the transparency changeable by the owner.

But well, if the question is about how to change DU: -Change Buildboxes so there is no more box but add maximum PCU per Core -revert most limitations -add a way to build infrastructure with voxels only, coreless -larger cores, 1,2,4 km to start with -introduce the market teleports to All markets and districts, add shuttles to all outer planets (fee for all shuttles) -introduce organizational superstructure that makes it possible to have many organizations under an alliance banner, cores placed for the alliance will count towards the alliance members org and the superstructure cannot place cores itself -Reintroduce the community page -add member levels, having superlegates and legates is just not enough in a hyrarchy, 5 ranks -Give chars the possibility to mariage ingame, building community -Docking 100% failsafe -MergeCores: Cores that can be added within the building zone of another core with the means to: cargo units/rented rooms/shops in cities/rented dock/any reason you can think of that you need a seperate space within a structure that you can give rights to another player for either free or periodic cash The too creative section: -Sheep, just because, sheep. Fluffy -Ooh and character adjustments on genetic build (add more distinctiveness to roleplay and possible lore so add possibility for lets say tails, longer ears, be creative) -cloaking and shields Ill stop here

  8. Well, the problem is not so much that they do this, the problem is they do this now with it being a feature from day 1 community page till few days ago. Ofc. they can do this but to keep the option to make a lot of orgs open for years and years and then after rdms and properties and everything is incorporated, orgs are building up, organizing etc etc, Then you come with this BS just to Again stop the few abusers and still dont act against abuse but hurt all others. Its abit the same as when you give the whole class an ice cream but they need to stand in a row, now one asshole kid stand at the beginning and then leaves the row and joins in the rear to get a second icecream. Now the teachers see that and they smack 1 icecream from everyones hands, and say its fair. In the end only the asshole got 1 icecream, the rest ice on their shoes. Thats the way NQ solves issues
  9. Yeah, good points. Also if the cost per account per year are not to high people might even keep alts running without dacs. Seeing some people are willing to pay overpriced for phones and phone subscriptions there is no telling what people will do to keep alts running, specially since there was talk about getting 3 alts per premium account. If all those can own territories or orgs then having an alt, or two is very lucrative. Specially for gold sellers.
  10. Most of you already know me and most of you also know that i keep on shouting NO MORE LIMITS. And till now i was met with aggression for that standing position, but seems the tide is turning. Already for some time DU is not developing but it is limiting, problems are not dealt with, limits are thrown in the game. have a choice between developing a solution or implement limitations? LETS LIMIT IT!!!!!! For me this is just another show of uncannily bad development. There are so many ways this could have been solved, and since day one that people are making organizations they are building them like this. And Now after messing up schematics, ignoring exploids for a year, favouring some players over others, now we get this great thought about solution to kill the remaining veterans of DU. I would give you a standing ovation but im running to the toilet as i get a fair amount of diareaa of this shitty solution with another fine new LIMITATION. One suggestion, change the name please, this is nolonger Dual Universe, Dual is just to much honour. Please rename the game to Limited Universe, You know what they say, You can LU it!
  11. indeed, not going for the exploiting person but kill a feature How many times now already? So now i must disband either CATS or Tranquility as all the legates already have more than 1 superlegacy, and most members too and i am not going to ask someone else to kill off one of their organizations. And all because somewhere someone actually made a shitload organizations to place more cores?

  13. Maybe there are some options to merge organizations with the same ideas that follow community projects. But if nobody wants that we will see alot less.
  14. I am having the same issue, also a community project. Also how will this affect alliances where all members of that alliance are super legates and the alliance itself chooses one of its members, and in such always a superlegate. I think there are some unforseen issues here that are forgotten just to close a door that someone used to again bypass a limitation. Hurts a lot of people for some eveldoers.
  15. 0.23 was a great example how to shoot of not only your own foot, but your arm too, part of your ribcage, your gender materials and about 70% of your brain. The total ignorance for people who abuse errors did the rest. If the intend was to loose about 80% of the playerbase to reduse lag, Mission accomplished. If it was to listen to the players and make the game more attractive so more people would play and stick with the team, fail. Any update after 0.23 is technically waste of time and cash as the damage done in 0.23 cannot be undone, even not by revoking 0.23.
  16. Well you would expect a bug that is there for almost two years to be atleast fixed as it is kinda gamebreaking for the individual who's AGG fails due to the bug.

  18. since they closed the community page all diplomacy or "wars"have ended. the way this turns out its diplomatic glory days were in the past and are not expected to return soon.

I can remember that once there was told "no automated Mining" Seems that changed and opened up a hole new area of abuse for those who gathered millions and millions and were never banned. if i was them i would already buy and build all TU I can find and plant them Anywhere. And then its just waiting for the units and done. All the more reason for the behavioural patern to just do nothing about exploids and some people who deliberately loop holes to be handeled correctly.
  20. Still no idea where to find these. I didnt get an email alert, its not in the forum, its maybe on the official page? discord? Facebook? No idea but i thought the idea of having email alerts was to get stuff like this so i would not have to go search everywhere. Recap, apparently i was blind and it was on the forum, but since i only open general stuff lately i never saw it.........sleepyhead Reading it all, there is nothing new and i dont have any hope from what i read. Simply said its a description of where NQ could have done better and why some mistakes were made. Fix the mistakes, kill the stuff you introduced killing the playing field and then move on

But if the question is what should be done to make sure Any game has a future, stop gold sellers and the redicules thing that people reporting them here get warnings for going to get banned. All the schematics that were bought at 1% are on goldselling pages and still these persons are free to mess up DU even further. Showing No care in the equality of players and an active policy on these goldsellers makes DU into bot whalhalla. So please an update on your policy on gold sellers as it will kill the game balance Bigtime and will scam players and open DU to bots and hackers that want your accounts
  22. Are the beta forum questions and remarks implemented? will you ban players who take schematics at 1%? Will you ban anyone that breaks the rules? Will all players be handled equal? Are you going to turn back the stuff implemented that drove over 70% of the active players away? Will large grids be implemented? Will mining stop being a draging grind? What are the plans on the lag issues? Will you reinstate the community page and make it possible to post there again? Need more questions?
  23. He is right, since the idea was that a space station is build not on a single large core, the idea is to add more and more cores and call it one building. Its what you get when you dont want to look for an actual solution but just go with what is the easy way out. we should have already have larger cores to deal with this issue. Alsoit is a strain on the servers, but apparently they rather have 100.000 more cores then the option to build larger on a single one. the SE method in this is much better where there are no cores at all, the empyrion "core"method already showed its limitations in Empyrion and in DU we have a Copy Paste of that system. Hanging on to that we will never see larger constructs that actually function and take all creativity that they can get, cores limit people to nice boxes
