  1. I don't foresee me streaming but I may dabble in making Youtube videos, dependant on any NDA of course.
  2. I'll be interested in learning much more about the safe zones as time goes on, and I am in split mind concerning them. Personally, I believe some things should be protected. Much like in the real world, we pretty much have safe zones. Any major city in a western nation is a safe zone to the degree that it is protected (or should be). Most nations are particularly protective of their airspace for this reason. For a civilisation to thrive, which it will need to do so in Dual Universe, there has to be safe zones for things to be built and stay built. On the other hand, there is a lot of motivation in fighting to defend your home, or your city, or whatever it is you've built, and keep it safe from potential invaders. I guess this is where guilds and organisations come in. Perhaps alliance will be forged to protect each others interests, but not everyone will be in a guild, and not everyone wants to PvP. Some roleplayers will appreciate full destructive capabilities, others will prefer the town or abode or station they took a long time to build isn't easily open to destruction so that they can continue to roleplay in a way that fits their own desires.
  3. Welcome Nosferato I'm pretty intrigued as well.
  4. I'm happy with a subscription. As much as I might like F2P or B2P, they, in and of themselves, don't keep me around. The games I pay for on a monthly basis, are the ones I keep playing. The ones that rely heavily on cash shops are the ones I might dip into now and again when I see something nice, but my time in them is fleeting. Give me a good solid, quality game with a monthly sub. It gives me assurance the playerbase will be mostly comprised of equally committed players too.
  5. Thought you might like it I also actually like Theed from planet Naboo. I love the conbination of fantasy/period styles with sci fi.
  6. I generally prefer new ideas, but Los Angeles from Blade Runner would be pretty cool.
  7. It sounds like things are going well over at Nova Quark, and its understandable that you would hold off longer to wait until you can include the improvements as well. I'm looking forward to it. It looks like you have a very talented art team.

    Wildlife

I hope so, that would be pretty awesome. I really like that picture above, and hope its indicative of what's to come.
  9. /Alienparagon ......interesting! I like the /datapad one. Techy emotes would be cool. /laser (laser beam) /scan (scan targeted item) /confused (scratch head)
  10. Sounds cool, and also the title change makes sense because of the combination of topics for different emotes/animations. I like all of the above emotes, I wonder if a /sit (on chair) and /sit (on ground) would be feasible for us lounge lizards that also like sitting on grass or other pretty places. Some of my fav emotes from an older game I used to play: /flirt (flirtateous pose) /faint (faint on the ground) and /kiss (blow a kiss) It's surprising how many situations can warrant a /faint. I'm one of those people who'd never say an emote isn't necessary, because I love emoting. Other potentials: /angry (shake fist) /drunk (sway drunkenly)
  11. Hehe I think leaning is up there with non-essential things, but good for roleplayers, people who like to pose, or feel immersed by their character via animations etc. I think for me, anything that helps the character feel attached to the environment around them helps with my immersion and just brings a certain joy in seeing my character doing quirky things like that.
  12. Hylios fall into dust, and Deth rises from the ashes
  13. I agree Kiklix about the click able chairs being more desirable from an animation perspective. Semigod I like the sound of /lean. I'd like to see that as well.
  14. Welcome! Always nice to see new forum members!
  15. Sounds good to me. Looking forward to seeing the Alpha Team Space Suit
  16. Gorgeous, makes me wonder what beasts or alien critters could be hiding in those trees
  17. I think sometimes it's best to keep the cards close to your chest for as long as possible.
  18. That would be a pretty cool idea! In the natural world a /sit emote that takes into consideration objects would be good, though no doubt much work to implement.
