    No I haven't . it has been sense the 28th Aug and still no refund .  I'm going to bank tomorrow to take care of this.

    What you people are claiming is absolutely ridiculous. You are like a delusional cult.
    The guy is saying that considering this is a beta launch, and the game has a paid subscription he should be able to spend that time IN GAME. That is an extremely fair and logical expectation from someone JUMPING into a FREAKING BETA. He paid for a game, not a loading screen.
    If the issues are so prevalent then the devs should have removed paid subscription all together, gave unlimited access to anyone who bought the game till the launch, and start the subscription countdown after the launch - That is fair and reasonable.
     
    If anyone disagrees with this basic concept, get your mind checked out. Nothing in offense, but something ain't right with you.

    Sadly seem the block feature doesnt work on the forums, cause I am still seeing your childish fan girl posts.  As for "kid" I am most likely old enough to be your father, if not your grandfather.
     
    I dont read reddit, its full of self righteous assholes who know it all like you.   I deal with where I bought the game.   As I said. Star Cit refunded me inside of 48 hours.   This game hasnt even sent a confirmation email.   And II think waiting 7 days is more than enough to expect a reply, they wasted no time taking my money, they can atleast set up an auto reply acknowledging they got our support tickets.  In the mean time I am enjoying many games, just not this one.  Now please fuck off.

    The current waiting queue for the Customer Support is exceptional and temporary
    The Customer Support had a decent response time in Alpha (around 48-72 hours). However, the surge of requests exploded with Beta Launch, and we are currently scaling up our Customer Support team to catch up with the amount of requests. Please be patient. If you have no answer yet, it's not because the Customer Support doesn't want to answer you. It's just that there are way too many tickets to handle each of them as quickly as the team would like. 
    On a side note, this forum has rules: insults, provocations & flaming are not tolerated.
    I will put the posts above on the (understandable) frustration, but if this continues we will moderate without further notice.

    I really wanted to avoid putting this up here, but alas here I am a week later with an unanswered support ticket and lack of any faith whatsoever in NQ's ability to actually solve anything.
     
    That's right, ladies and gentlemen! I have had a support ticket in for an issue that has prevented me from even launching the game and was looking for assistance from them, as it is only their product that is acting like this. Yet, like I said, here I stand a week a later without even a single communication from NQ acknowledging that they have even LOOKED at the ticket. I work as  an IT support technician , and I can say most people in this industry would lose their jobs for not even bothering trying to reach out with a simple "We are looking into this" or "Thanks, we will start looking into this."
     
    Proof that I'm not just ranting:
     
     
    I have never ran into a support team who has blatantly refused any form of communication with the end user, and it's down right awful when it comes to company image. Do not try and tell me "well their ticketing system is busy" or "they don't have enough people to handle the tickets," It takes two seconds to type "We are looking into this issue."

    i have already been in contact with the support a few times.
    So far it has always been the case for me that the support needed between 5 and 10 days to answer me.
    I think it would be realistic to wait two weeks / Give the support team two weeks.
    Sure, I can absolutely empathize with how you feel right now, but relax for a while and wait a little longer.
    I am sure the support will answer you in any case.

    So I am not saying this is a scam, but this is definitely a case of people buying a game with wrong info.  And wait a few weeks?  I am paying a time share to play, I am not waiting weeks for a game I paid to enjoy today.     Here is the trailer I watched that lead me to buying the game.  this looks and sounds like a polished game.  Its not what I was sold.  Been 5 days with no reply from support.   So I am feeling a bit taken for a ride here

    Appreciate the kind words and I wish the devs well.  I was just not prepared for the game and the wrong specs listed bother me.  Ill give it some time before taking actions to force a charge back.  I understand they are overwhelmed atm.

    I just wanted to send you to the ticket system to request your refund, but you seem to know it already. At the moment, from what I read, everything on support seems to have been suspended - but reinforcements are incoming, so I'm pretty sure you'll receive an answer to your ticket at some point. They were responsive on tickets in the past and the current state during the past few weeks is not representative compared to the last years. So the least I can tell you is that they're not trying to rip you off but do their best to get to where you want everything to be.
     
    It sucks, clearly, but I don't think this will last forever

    I can tell you is that they are officially arranging to offer a month of free subscription following the numerous connection problems.

    Hey there,
     
    i have the same CPU and you got 100% exactly the same usage profile like mine i7.
    There is only the one dfference in temperature. I dont get that high amounts because i notified a problem with my socket voltage outgoing from the mainboard (not now, it was already months ago independent of Dual Universe). Before i realized that the Voltage input was too high, my temps everytime went up to 80+°C. The i corrected the Voltage manually and it never grows about 65°C now but still auto-clocks up the normal value (the factory speed values, i havent manually OCd the CPU).
     
    At the Problem time i checked both cooling methods. With an Corsair AIO Watercooling unit and a BeQuiet Air Cooler.
    Nor iam only using the BeQuiet Aircooler because iam to lazy to change it again xD.
     
    But long story short...
    I have the same cpu behavior like you got it but a little lower Temps at all...
    Because of no CPU is the same, it is okay i guess...
     
    The multicore usage does not work correctly for mee and a friend too (my friend is using a i7 4790k, but got the same "only one or max two cores are in use").

    if thats 100% true they should not be charging a subscription.  The semi recent trend of the last 10 years or so of charging testers for entry to beta is one thing, and bad enough, but a subscription for a beta as shaky as this is just wrong.
