No instances.
If you're in a random section of space thousands of SU out there, it is effectively an "instance"

If you guys put ratting into the game, it would generate a lot of interest and a new gameplay loop to use mechanics that not everyone currently uses...here's a few ideas:
1) Accept mission from Aphelia for either solo or group (there are various ways to implement the "group" mechanic)
2) Possible destroyed ship drops (IE: potential limited ship salvaging from PvE kills)
3) Have mission give free aphelia class warp cells -- to warp to a section of far off space as an "instance" for the mission, and have either a return one issued. If return is used prior to completing mission, it's a failure.
4) Can have timers on accepting or participating on the missions if needed.
This would serve as not only a standalone activity, but also as a gateway to PvP for players to work on getting good....and also would be good to tie into element destruction.

I have something like over 135 tiles for just myself now. Demeter caused me to go into a land grab mode.

Under JC you guys said there would be no hard wipe, at worst there would be a soft wipe to refresh planets and we would have magic blueprints that build our constructs back. Since then, your team has proven you can do a terrain wipe without wiping constructs and enhance visuals/landscape at the same time.
Given that, there should be no plans for a wipe, especially given every player's financial investment and hundreds of hours of gameplay at this point in time, correct? Players should know as that would dictate what we do in the game and how much effort we apply accordingly.
Thank you.

Here is my promise to NQ.
If they wipe the server. They lose me as a player.
That is not up for debate. I have plenty of other block games in my backlog.
Same here along with most people I know in the game. They said no wipe under JC, I'm holding them to it.

Can you guys add a way to tokenize territory units from the map menu please? Many people buried their TUs and I don't feel like going on a hunt to try and find all mine to switch over to one entity....lol

Will Aphelia forget to pay taxes?

I vote for a space construct tax as well.

They may hear us, but they will not listen.. as per NQ standard operation procedure.
Besides that, the avalanche of feedback based just on two days of PTS and the many questions raised by the vlog as probably too much for the few staff available to log, categorize, feedback internally, get responses, post those here AND get any changes done in time for the set release date for the pacth.so both staffing limitations and general NQ policy say no..
It's not really as bad as people are making it out to be.

By changing to a recurring tax, how is the current deployment cost integrated with the new tax? For example, a 4 million Quanta deployment fee paid one month before the beginning of this new tax for that same territory?Possibly refund Quanta equal to the difference between what was paid prior to the Demeter update and the new tax, pro-rated by the length of time the territory unit has been deployed.
I have a set of tiles I paid 400million for. I won't get anything back. Some tiles were 34mill+ each... -

Posting the video probably isn't even allowed as it showcases an exploit, nor is talking about exploits if you're gonna go down the rabbit hole of NQ's rules. Nor is posting any of the communications with NQ allowed under their rules. What I will show you is the ship that was given to us by our game overlords, as I'm fairly certain that's allowed(ish)
That ship looks like it's out of that new PC game coming up -- the Exploiters of Legion. Looks like that game will tank though, it's not very popular with players.

I will be stacking my popcorn elements for this update.
I also hereby declare all PVP ships have stacked elements and must be deleted.
-
No wipe, just new systems that's very expensive to move things to/from. New players can start there.

I hereby declare all constructs owned by me (XKentX IGN) or any organization I am a legate of to be off limits to anyone without written permission.
Under the new exploit classification and this formal declaration available to wide audience anyone entering the sphere of influence (and therefore boarding) any of before-mentioned constructs without my written permission can be classified as a bug abuser and will have disciplinary actions taken against him as mentioned by NQ.
P.S:
When I land my L-Core on Market 6 it's your problem, not mine.
Market 6 shop idea: Call a ship ItsATrap. Have players walk in, door shut behind them, and they have to buy something out of dispensers for door to open, else if they log off, it's an exploit. Guaranteed sales.

How long will it take for the following in regards to shields:
1) Invincibility to be discovered
2) How long until there is a Hauler dancing around a PvPer wasting their ammo due to said invincibility
3) Invincibility to be patched
Auto Miner Questions:
1) How are you planning auto miners to be implemented? 1 per construct? per tile? other?
2) What is the yield range for auto miners?
3) What versions of auto miners will exist? Basic/Uncommon/Advanced/Rare/Exotic?

I see a guy named Rocky seems to be running legacy2-22 characters & rocky/rocky_ to Ion Core Samples daily back and forth. Maybe pirates can help?
-
Can we get a @NQ-Deckardto share any known issues with this? Any workarounds?
Can see support request 45733 and 51913.

Alright I had my hopes up because the REALLy buggy hole at the parts warehouse looks fixed but over at one of the manufacturing plants I found:
and of course there has always been this
I did not see some of the old ones but not sure if that means that is fixed or that I don't know how to "trigger" it.
Gaelyn just now mentioned that he is still getting it on his MTI cathedral.
ship parts factory hole was me fixing ww's wall misalignment lol. When I entered build mode when Snipey was nearby it crashed my game and caused that silicon on the pad (he's redoing landing zone). Pretty sure hole in trinks' factory is a random door opening.

I’ve only ever seen ‘invalid cell version’ before while mining. Now it’s in my ship. (Section of the construct corrupted/invisible and can’t be pasted over or voxels added.)
I have that on a small outpost, but I was able to patch over the affected area in that case.

When you say "still," do you mean just people "were once suffering it and are still suffering it today" or do you include people who are now suffering it but haven't suffered it before?
Both of those categories.

Anyone still experiencing this issue along with invalid cell version/corruption?
-
I haven't been getting this issue whereas another in my org is consistently. Their internet connection (and computer) isn't as good as mine (1gb up/down), and I suspect that may be part of it.
Wipe the damn servers!
