You see it as 1 fault. And you think that justifies everything. I see 2 ppl. 1 - a noob in despair, just hoping for a miracle. 2 - a sadist ignoring any tactical advantage of a quick robbery and move away. And staying there just feeding out of the noob despair. The noob is putting his hopes in the wrong logic and will be fustrated. The sadist is a person with very low moral standards wating for a quick rush.

Moral value still apply. And some types of pvp, even if allowed, still show your low moral values.

The unanswered question proves my point. Its my opinion. It may not be yours. What ever is the reason why ppl spends hours in this game, i have a feeling its not gunna help their "civilization building" skills. And i still think NQ needs to give up on this lazy non interference overview and start thinking very seriously in guiding mechanics.

It is a subscription. And he did login in game so he used the subscription. Maybe he can have some law allowing him to get thr 2nd and 3rd month. But he definitly has to pay the 1st.

If you can afford a pc capable of running DU you can afford to WAIT a month for a refund that NQ has no obligation to pay with out doing a bank escalation.

You do realize its 5 dollars per month dont you? What urgency do you have in getting this? How about you take some responsibility for your bad decision and wait quietly without wasting your bank's and NQ's times in useless escalation.... PS: If i was NQ i would be blocking your escalation and never give you the money back. They have the law on their side. And they are making you a favor giving you any money.

when you take 2 BPs of the same construct those dont have the same ID. And you know this because BPs dont stack. The only way to do a bp dispenser is to ask a admin to create a stack of the same bp.

I guess its impossible to fight this. Even in our org, some new members say they want to have their own industry from the nanopack. Even though we can provide them with free L engines. As the time passes and ppl get more experience in the game, they learn how much time they are wasting.. But thats the only thing they need to chance. Time.

One could easily make a XS sized ship with an L core and park it on the district. With docking bugged as it is, i bet 2 days later, that ship would be full of crap docked to it.

Dont territory owners have permission to move any ship on their territory? If yes, can they dock those ships and take them to pvp space?

Personal core limit is 15(or 17. I never know if we start with one level) If you are a part of an org and your org legates have organizational talents. You can add cores to the org limit instead of your self. PS: and no, there is no deactivation. Only deconstruction.
