    Yes, 24 days is also longer than 24 hours. Its up to 25 days now but I have at last made contact with support.

    I have a 24 day old support request that has not even had an acknowledgement. Xsolla were kind enough to reply but only to refer me to DU as they say they can't do anything for me. This game is a scam. No replies from fanboys please.
