Although correct, there is nothing to be hidden about our neutrality agreements. Cerberus is in fact, proud to align with other organizations seeking free and unburdened business commerce ☺️

And in this context, the usage of "ulterior" is more to enforce the idea that the agreement allows for collaboration outside of what was explicitly listed in the agreement.

The underlying meaning of "ulterior" is "outside" or "beyond", but it has picked up a connotation of "concealed" because of the way it's often used... and this has become a main meaning.

Yes, the meaning is that the agreement let both parties be able to collaborate, from that moment, in further developments and ways (by mutual consensus, point 6) from the basis of what is established in the signed text.

Glad to see people interested in technical language, appreciating this type of language that, if well used, makes agreements and communications more clear and precise, working then as more useful and effective tools for a good and safer interaction among people and organizations.

Which is one of our ultimate and long term goals together. I am also impressed by the interest generated by this document. I hope more people will visit Sovereignty Integral of Tilo after reviewing it as well. Coordinating neutrality agreements between organizations will be a pivotal part in maintaining the peace throughout our new universe.

Stay tuned everyone, once some finilizations have been made, Cerberus will be announcing another new agreement in short order. I greatly look forward to publicly sharing it, when ready.

As Founder of Cerberus, I take pride in spearheading developments within our organization. Today is no exception of that pride and I am pleased to announce Cerberus will be entering 2019 strong and we shall begin this year with our biggest step forward yet. Cerberus is pleased to announce our trade and neutrality agreement with New Genesis! The Master Architect Grand Monarch of New Genesis and Cerberus, have spent several weeks negotiating this great agreement between our organizations.
