Looks broken, at least for the video you sent me. I would ask the admins (Nyzaltar/Nomad) directly about it

Some may believe The Void Republic is strictly a democratic organization, but that's not the case.

However, we do hold elections for high ranking government positions like Directors, and Advisors.

    When will they begin?
Once all senator positions are filled the elections will begin for the directors. Directors have a lot of power over their concentrated interest. For example, The Director of Finances will have control over our finances and how we will continue to trade.

    Who can vote?
All people can vote including the senators and civillians. Senators, and others under them will recieve 1 vote to place on a election. Current directors receive 2 votes and higher government positions will receive more.

Is the leader elected, and can he go out of office?
The leader is not scheduled to be elected, but if the people vote the leader out of office new leadership will be elected. That is only if many members desire new leadership, however, this is rare.
@Army@Navy@Citizens@Directors@Advisors@Head Advisor@Senators       Joining The Government or The Military

    The Military
In order to join the military you must first decide on your specified military interest. Then, you will apply on the discord chat and send your 6-10 sentance application to a military government official. They will look over the application and if you're accepted you will be placed under that military role in the chat. However, joining the Military means you must always be ready to take orders from your commanders. All army members, navy members, and other military members must at minimum spend 3 days a week and 3-4 hours on those days serving. The more you serve the more you will be payed.

    The Government
Being in the government means you must only be in The Void Republic organization. The Government is always a full time job that will consist of many important responsibilities.
Depending on your position you will always have a lot to do and you must be online at least 3-5 hours a day.
To start you must leave all other organizations besides Dual Secure Military, and then you will apply with 10-17 sentances or more. Applications are looked over strictly, but if you're accepted you will start as a senator. There is many different types of senators for different interests. For example, the senator of diplomacy will help with alliances and trade. If you show good senator actions over time you can be elected to become a director. Directors have 70% control over their interests. Directors must be online 3-5 hours a day. After being a Director for a long period of time and showing improvement you may apply to be elected for the top 4 advisors. Advisors will help the leader make important descisions and Advisors have more control over the Military than the commanders and generals.
Only Advisors can take the Leader's place if desired.       https://community.dualthegame.com/organization/the-void-republic <--

I am very excited to explore many planets. The planets look very detailed and hopefully they add a lot of planets they made. Instead of all procedural generation.

Think about it. To build you need resources.

Can an organization just start attacking another without declaring war?
Or do you think it will be a different system.

I want to see how well the current crop of declared organisations fare when they actually play, whether they can turn talk into action

It is really the combination of features that excites me.  I expect to spend a lot of time building and designing, but it is the interaction between organizations that will create the need for constructs and make them meaningful.  I am not interested in combat in the kind games where every player has to pick a side and they are rewarded for fighting the other side and that can never change.  However, if it is a real choice, it is very interesting.  I am the type of player who avoids combat as much as I can, but I enjoy the challenge of avoiding it and I can only do that if it is an option.

Organizations need constructs.  Constructs require resources.  Organizations are formed to trade, negotiate and fight for resources.  It is not any one aspect of Dual Universe, but the way it brings all of them together that makes it so attractive.

Can't go wrong with that! (but I know you added some of what he said)

Thing is, everyone is going to be excited for different things, and probably multiple things at that. I'm excited to both script and explore. And try to get rich!

EDIT: I also think mining and building quite deserve separate categories.

Enough Kuritho, i think it's a bad behavior to judge people that far, also that sarcasm.
Yes, you know a lot of people, but that doesn't mean you know "everything".

As the OP said, just leave their org. Let them build their self, It's fine as long as they don't make any problem.

The brain is a complex organ that uses all sorts of ways to communicate with every bit and piece. the most notable one is chemical synapses.
The sun is a thermal nuclear fusion device that runs for x-amount of time before going either cold or explode depending on mostly its mass.
the point here is though, the sun radiates all sorts of radiation sure most of it is blocked by the heliosphere but what I am getting at is we started of as single cellular organisms slowly evolving in more complex organisms. we developed a brain that is used to the radiation as is on earth. the sun ofcourse slowly changes as it gets older and older but we havent existed with our brain as is for relatively a long time compared to the sun. since our live standards have increased the rate at wich genetic mutations become dominant have slowed down to a relatively slow speed. so now what happens when a human stands on a planet with supports earth-like life?

short awnser: I dont know. probably nothing.
More intresting awnser: the differance in solar activity could (slowly?) mess with our emotions reasoning and other  horrible (Intresting)  brain activity.

I havent actualy read a sf novel that did anything with this idea maybe its  just a weird fantasy I had. I though maybe this comunity could find some intrest in this.

Ardour got a reaction from Kambana in Solar Secure Independence? Ideas In The Future?
Hello everyone, this post is for people stating their opinions on possibly joining The Solar Empire's police force or staying completely independent for better mercenary service. We are currently independent and will be voting as an organization about this if we are allowed to join The Solar Empire's police force. However, we wouldn't be their main security considering that they already have a security system in place. Any ideas from the community? Any advice would be helpful for our success and The Solar Empire's success. Now remember we have not gotten permission from The Solar Empire to do this.

    Independence? Or Merged security?
