  1. On space stations we can build a special module...presenting information from a galaxy.

     

    Available news feeds :

     

    1) Economic information, e.g:

    - in planetary system XYZ found huge deposits of raw material ABC........

     

    2) War information, e.g:

    - in planetary system XYZ there is an open armed conflict between corporation A and corporation B.........

     

    3) Political information e.g:

    - Corporation A and corporation B formed alliance designed to take economic control of the planet ABC......

     

    Information to "News Feeds" system may write only DEVs.

  2. I think it's a nice opportunity for corporations and merchants.

     

    Possibility of building and placing billboard in the selected location. For example close to a planetary base or city, near space station.

    On billboards we could place texts and pictures advertising our business in DU. What is displayed on the billboard could change.

  3. Writing drones I do not mean "the third-person view". I mean unmanned vehicles / ships, which operate automatically or can be controlled using special positions in our ship or base.

     

    1) military drones :

     

    - possibility of releasing them from bases on the surface of planets, for base defense.

    - Released from ships in space.

     

    2) support drones :

     

    - used to build with blocks,

    - collection of raw materials,

    - in logistics for the transport of goods.

  4. We know that energy is a very important factor in space. Without it will not be able to operate our ships, space stations, buildings. We need to produce energy.

     

    I think it would be nice if it was possible to build large solar panels.

     

    1) We use solar panels to collect energy.

    2) We can build them in space, on planets and moons.

    3) They are built with "solar panels" modules, so they can be different sizes.

    4) Size affects on the amount of energy we can collects on hour.

    5) To operate the solar panels require:

    - "module" that will convert energy to a form that can be used,

    - "module" (cell) that will be storage for energy,

     

     

    It would be great to see in space large space stations or base on the ground with large solar panels.

    I know that from a technical point of view that we can create sub-forum in game as we want. I played in one game where this possibility was and it was a great element for creating community of game. clan community. But............if you have a better idea......for me it's great news.

  6. To our engines we will need a fuel. It would be cool if they were different blends of fuel.

     

    From where we can take fuel ?? :

     

    1) we can produce the fuel from a variety of materials found on planets or moons,

    2) we can collect fuel from the stars if we have on our ship the appropriate module,

     

    Whot determines the quality of the fuel mixture in these two cases ? ....

     

    to point 1) the type of used raw materials, the amount of the raw materials. We may also enter the "quality factor" for such materials. The better the quality of the raw material, the better the mixture of fuel.

     

    to point 2) the quality of fuel depends on: type of stars from which we collect fuel, the type of module we used.

     

    Fuel quality would be an important factor for pilots. Could affect of range of our ship, amount of fuel consumed by the engine.

     

    We can add a cool thing: when you have in a tank fuel of quality 80% and form star you collect fuel of quality 45%......then your fuel losing quality to for example 60%.

     

    Quality of fuel mixture can also be an interesting factor in the trade, PvP. Better fuel mixture is a better price. Corporations of players will always want to take control of areas of planets where are key raw materials for the production of fuel.

     
     
  7. I think it would be nice if when you create guild, you automatically in "guild tab in game" get access to sub-forum.

     

    it would be a useful option for players. I think especially for those smaller guilds, not need immediately to buy server and set up forum.

     

  8. I know that we still have a lot of time to Alpha phase and Beta, but I think that is a very important issue.

     

    After Alpha and Beta will be wipe of server ?

     

    What do you think about this ? What are the plans of DEVs ?
     
    I think that after each stage, Alpha and Beta, should be server wipe. So as to start our game with a clean account.

     

  9. "Life support module" it is used to support life in environments where there is no oxygen. On planets with no atmosphere, moons, on space ships and space stations, structures constructed underwater.

     

    We build the module with semi-finished products. To work  we need  a oxygen and electricity.

     

    1) such module in "individual version" we can add to our spacesuit. Small version with a small supply of oxygen and energy to operate. When we have a helmet on our head we can use it.

     

    2) on space ships and space stations we can use "individual version" or........we can build a larger version of "Life Support Unit". We do not need to wear a helmet on the head then. We can set it up somewhere on ship or station board. But......there are three classes of this module.

     

    - class I - produces the oxygen needed for 5 people,

    - class II - produces the oxygen needed for 20 people,

    - class III - no limits.

     

    If we have a huge ship and 30 people from our clan is on boerd we can put a few class I modules or one class III.

     

    "People" factor we can replace factor surface (square meters/m2) of ship or station.

     

    For this module we can produce oxygen tanks. They may be of different sizes. We can trade them.

  10. I agree with you, the game will be to large for this. But it could be useful for the Alpha since there will be far less players. It would give everyone a way to communicate with each other for problems and help during the early stages. 

     

     

    I like this idea, but i fear for how long it would last and how it would be policed given that the game could have thousands of people... if even a fraction of them join the same TS it could be very hard to prevent and wrong doing... and you'd always need a active mod/admin to keep the peace.

    In WarThunder play often more than 50,000 players.......do you think that they're all sitting on official WT TS server ? ......no :)  .

     

    Why they do not sit there all ?? .......there is no such requirement. Official TS server as I wrote above, it is the first place where people form game meet. They know people, organize clans, looking for help. For the newly created clans a great place to start. I have seen many such clans. But after two or three months, they set up their own TS servers and they go on their servers. Official server meets the more the role of building game community.

    In the first concept arts, you could see a futuristic bow, but this image was removed.

     

     

    I saw it and it looks great. It reminds me of what Chewie had in Star Wars. He had crossbow, but...... ;)
