NQ-Wanderer Posted July 12 Share Posted July 12 Great news dear Kickstarter Backers: now that Silver packages have been shipped, all of the other Kickstarter packages, from Gold to Kyrium, are ready to arrive at your doorsteps! We are very excited to announce that the production of the Kickstarter rewards that so many have been waiting for is now 100% complete. Take a look at a couple of them below: This image was used in a previous Kickstarter announcement, but it’s so cool, we couldn’t resist sharing it again! These items are now in the hands of the shipping company called Clic Logistic, which is located in France. This means that rewards that are shipped outside of the France region as well as Europe, may take some extra time for various reasons (location, customs, local shipping) and you can expect that it might take additional time for those parcels to get to the appropriate destinations. As the shipping is being done by the company mentioned above, we have limited information concerning questions regarding the rewards being sent out (tracking, ship date, etc.). As always, you can reach out to us via our support page and we’ll do our best to assist you. We know it has been an extended time of waiting for the Kickstarter rewards to be sent out. Thank you for your patience and we sincerely apologize for the delay. It is our absolute pleasure to be able to tell you this news today. Your contribution to Dual Universe is invaluable, and we can't thank you enough. This game wouldn't exist without your support and we are looking forward to seeing images of the items when they arrive at your doorstep (or wherever you collect the packages)! Come on! Where are my physical rewards! Same exact situation here. I actually thought rewards were canceled or some thing, until I saw the button on my profile page telling me to contact support.
