I suggest increase harvest rates and the like for solo/non-organisation players. Maybe ×6. 

 

Allowing the solos to be able to build somewhat freely and contributing without quitting their day jobs

 

Considering organisations will be dominant, it could help to balance things a little, one could even become a nuisance?

Something like that wouldn't work, then orgs would just have their miners not officially join so they get the solo buff.

 

More people can get more work done, that's just how it goes.
