Unfortunately I have seen cubes move quite well in atmosphere... The expo at Zenith kind of showed that. It just means cubes will just be the meta in atmospheric combat also.

That is a fair assessment. I can agree with that.

There is a lot of other factors into my opinion of him. Inflection on answers. Tone and way he gave answers almost in a flippant way. Knowing he was breaking EULA and still performed the act he did. I can say I don't like his voice but I am not judge. I was just a person who looked for bad guys and put them in bags.

After listening to the video... I can't stand Scoopys voice, sounds like the typical kid that goes out and causes trouble and then wonders why he gets in trouble for it.

Exactly how I feel. They got caught and caught up due to their own arrogance. So now they are banned they will cry about it.

NQ has stated time and time again that discord is not contacting them with official bug reports.

There is bragging about playing a game, or defeating another player. While using mechanics in the game that are not exploitation of bugs. When you flaunt the fact that you exploited a bug. That is what got them banned. Same reason why idiots get arrested by posting videos on their instagram or tiktok of them commiting a crime. Can't fix stupid.

No... It is one thing to discover a bug like that and report it. Even going as far as to put a small change to the structure. But removing most of the structure then posting it all over Reddit with snide remarks and mocking NQ. That is what got them banned. If anything the devs were quite adult about their response. Harsh, but adult. This is prime example of bone head moves by players. You know what you are doing is wrong, yet keep doing it, then when you realize you will get in trouble for it you ask not to be banned. That is like taking the wheels off of a cop car and asking to not go to jail for vandalism and theft.

Ultimately I feel that is why they were banned.

Wow this has escalated quickly. Not knowing the complete picture it can easily appear to be a bit excessive for the actions displayed. But again not knowing the complete picture. The RDMS abuse issues is a long standing issue in DU. It is something they are most likely working on. And the damage to the market should stay as a stark reminder of the damage done by this. It adds history.

I expect them to try to become common but as rights management gets better they would become rarer. But I expect PMC groups to be a steady thing long into the future.

That is the nature of man. I mean even that new show "Raised by Wolves" says the same thing. Mankind does one thing extremely well we fight.

Take a break. I alternate between DU and DCS world. When I am feeling crafty I make things in DU. But I don't have to worry about much right now. But when I want relaxed PVP or just PVE I play DCS. Where I can fly and fight in a semi realistic environment. It is a good break from DU.

Then if that is the attitude you are going to have then why play any game like this? When it is obvious that numbers will always prevail over the individual or few. I understand that not everyone is into the same things in a game. But to complain about an attempt to make something for that small group or in this case larger group that is there unlocking and tracking down the lore and easter eggs well who are you to tell them that isn't fun.

It is content. It is an Easter egg. It is being compared to RPO because it is a recent movie and a book brought to the forefront because of the recent movie. It is part of the lore of the game. We are no longer around Earth, we are still learning about this star system, and it is obvious that there is a story here, we just don't know what yet. So get out and explore and learn maybe we can unfold this mystery.

Not sure what the problem is. Doesn't say why he is upset. Going to take a leap of faith and say it is due to unwanted PVP or someone exploiting and destroying his stuff. Well unfortunately that sucks. But the same token this is why I left the starter areas on day one and never looked back. Good luck to you and whatever game you end up going to.
