    Hello,

First of all, I would like to thank NQ for making efforts to find new solutions to fight against cheaters.

However, following the implementation of the new anti-cheat tool has been drastically impacted the player experience.

We are no longer in Beta, the anti-cheat solution should be tested before being deployed in production.

Almost every time we log out we have the same problem, which means that it is not a rare bug but a recurrent and frequent problem.
In addition to this, there are various other errors.

One of Easy-Anti-Cheat's slogans is "Our mission is to keep games fun. Easy Anti-Cheat is non-invasive and trusted industry-wide. Experience your favorite games the way they were meant to be experienced by complementing your security efforts with established technology and practices."

I must say that my experience as a player has been degraded since we have EAC and it should be the opposite.

In conclusion, the current solution is not viable and only adds one more reason for some players to unfortunately stop playing.

    Kind regards

Their previous anti-cheat was unexpectedly bought out by another company which made them have to use this one. This actually took them by surprise, so I get it.

Once again, thats cool and all, but it still seems like the vast majority dont agree with this or the bot change. Especially considering how rush they were with no real notification, or them outright lying to us in discord about what was going on. We get it, the PvP bois got there way. You win, have fun in whats left of the game. They seem to care much more what a small percentage of the population wants because they are all buddy buddy with them, rather then what would help them retain new players and keep the bulk/majority of them around.

PVP orgs finally shot down a big one. They killed DU with their insider connections.

    Hi, Danny_UK!

Thanks for letting us know about this. What you described is not considered an exploit.
This is a trade-off for an immediate chunk of ore that costs players ore in the longer term. It’s also limited by the number of available calibration charges.

We’d also advise that you use our support ticket system when reporting potential exploits. Thanks!

    Nicodemus, what's up?

    Hi evereyone,

We deeply apologize for the wait regarding the missing Sanctuary Territory Units (and other in-game expected backer rewards).

As you may have noticed the fix has been deployed last Wednesday and should have solved the issue for the most part. The only ones who should be currently missing a Sanctuary Territory Unit are the Contributor Backers. We hope to fix this last part next week, if everything goes well.

However, please bear in mind the Contributor Pack did NOT originally contain a Sanctuary Territory Unit.
The reason why we are going to give 1 Sanctuary Territory Unit to every Contributor Backer is to make it fair for everyone:

In an old communication, we promised that Kickstarter Backers will get automatically some of the Supporter Pack rewards from an equal level (Silver Founders  gets some Contributor rewards, Gold Founders get some Sponsor rewards, Sapphire Founders - and above - get some Patron rewards). In that communication, a mistake was made in promising a Sanctuary Territory Unit to Silver Founders, while Sanctuary Territory Units were only included in Sponsor and Patron packs, not the Contributor one. As the mistake was on our side, we decided to proceed. However, as Silver Founders are supposed to be on the same tier as Contributor Supporters, this situation seemed to us unfair towards the Contributor Supporters. That's why we decided (and mentioned in our previous communication) that Contributor Supporters will get a STU as well. When this decision was taken, the fix that has been deployed last Wednesday was already in preparation, and adding that in the fix at the last minute would have a risk to make a mess. That's why it was decided to proceed with a separate fix for this specific category of players.

    Last but not least:

If after the fix from Wednesday, you are still missing a STU (or another expected in-game rewards) and you are not in the case of waiting a STU for being a Contributor Supporter, then please contact our Customer Support by submitting a ticket mentioning that you're not in that specific category of players and you have checked your inventory after the fix. To contact our Customer Support team, you can do it from this page.

    Best regards,

    Nyzaltar.

Thank you for the great explanation and follow up!!! :)

I don’t usually defend NQ but this six month booster period being divided into three sections with different rates was spelled out quite specifically well before the “final release”, albeit with a chart that was actually comically badly scaled. *

I can understand a new player having missed it but not someone so prominent on the forums.

    1 month @ +100%

    4 months @ +50%

    1 month @ +25%

bringing us to the end of March.

From April, the game will be set to the regular rate of 90/min queued and 60/min unqueued.

    * IMO, the graph scaling seems to suggest that they originally intended a

    1 month / 3 months / 2 months split.

but that’s just conjecture on my part.

Should have been spelled out @ launch for all the new players so they didn't have to dig pre-release......news articles where?

Hi! I've heard you had one, but I haven't found it. I saw on a stream the one at Hadron (is that yours?) and thought this looked like a fun project for me to tackle in my own style. For names, you can hover over the box and it'll expand to the name (perhaps not as convenient as always showing). I'll play around with a setting for "always showing" in the next update.

To prepare for the LUA fix -- would you be able to reserve/implement a shortcut for schematic < X number entered too please as a find function against the schematic count returned? :)
