  4. We're talking about a game thats currently in Stage 1 of Beta. This is the easiest DU you will ever play. Game is going harder, and harder and harder.... Let sink in for a bit, it wont become easier outside safe zone ever again. We allwant the finish product but its not coming anytime soon. read 1st post and find a way to bring some theorycrafting to the table.

  7. Double the resources for your ship, save bp, put it base in container > insurance" You already have it, you want QoL type of item so you dont have to sink time in the game. Meh. Thats meh. We dont do that here.
  8. 1: You are talking about a finished game. We're playing Stage 1 of Beta. Things you are talking will be at release. 2: De-centralized market = player driven economy. You can setup the price. 3: Finite resources? Can you show me how you did the math? 4: People complaining about permanent damage? Come on man, dont fly a ship you cant afford to lose. This is Eve stuff. I cant continue, this is Stage 1 of Beta, the easiest and the most primitive version of DU and you cant adapt to it ?!?!
  9. 186h of mining / 10 miners - 18.6 of mining. Thats 1 day. And since when end game tech should be achievable in 1 day no matter who are in for it ? I mean...i would put staff that you can only get after 6 months of game time.
  10. " They wiped it all." you've lost me here. Math checks with Last Oasis. In few aspects game is similar in some not. This game wont be in seasons like you think it will be. At core its a Civilization Building MMO with Second Life aspects while outside Safe Zone there will be war and politics. Inside safe zone you can o7, roleplay and live as you want but outside safe zone its kill or be killed. Every single type of gamer on our planet will find a place if he is into: Eve, Minecraft, Roblox, Satisfactory, Kerbal while NQ has to develop different roles (sp wise) for Pilots, Gunners, Industry, Miners, etc. The skill points (sp tree) wont end here and more specialties will come in game. o7 for Maslow and Bartle.
  11. 1st: suggestion: Skill points: Category Ore Proficiency/Bonus 1st: a) 1/5-5/5 when mining %chance of T3 - T5, extremely low chance(resource of that planet(if T5 > Lacobus Illmenite). b) 1/5-5/5 Quantity of bonus resources is increased (Bonus should be low nr but should add a very, very small value to your mining session). c) 1/5-5/5 When mining T1 you get % very, very small % of other resources - 1.000.000 SP. When mining T2 you get % very, very small % of other resources - 2.000.000 SP When mining T3 you get % very, very small % of other resources - 3.000.000 SP When mining T4 you get % very, very small % of other resources - 4.000.000 SP When mining T5 you get % very, very small % of other resources - 5.000.000 SP only these part is 2.5 months of training. 2nd: Dead by Daylight has a mini game during gameplay. If you hit Perfect Zone - 1.5x - 2x gained that time(from 400 ore > 600? 800?? You name it. If you fail skill check (full success zone), you try again.
  12. I slowly begin to believe that destruction at this point of development should be implemented at a slower speed. Before we destroy we need to adapt to all the changes 0.23 brought into the game.
  13. We're going full permanent element damage in the future but for various reasons we were moving too fast forward development and stockpilling while not losing elements. Atm there are some tweaks with overall economy of the game. Right now reading help channels for me it is pretty clear people are unhappy with non player errors and they are struggling to survive. It is beta but maybe its time to make small steps towards permanent element destruction ?
  14. Post 0.23 patch there are reports of players losing their elements due to various reasons. I am located on the same position as i was 1 day pre 0.23 patch. I havent moved for like a week or so. Log in, mine, log off, repeat. I am mining on 3 separated tiles. After a week without checking the content of my inventory i've used the Maneuver tool 2 times. 1st explosion occured 2 seconds while i was rotating the ship and 2nd explosion ocurred when the ship started to move itself flying away from me after i stop using the Maneuver tool. There was no other core inside, the ship didnt clipped into the terrain, didnt clipped into another ship, etc. If it helps checking i wont move for two hours since i need to ask for help to move the weight. Help me have fun mining again. I am probably your top 10 hardcore miner in Dual Universe Beta and this stuff is preventing me to have fun like ive used to. I love 0.23 it is great, some schematics adjusment and its perfect but give everyone a chance to adapt to new bugs and not having to pay for non-player errors. o7 https://imgur.com/4mYRJnS
  15. Everything will be ok when permanent element damage comes in game in few months. The extra elements we have atm will be useful. Thats another factor you should take in mind. We need elements to create a somehow healthy sandbox environment so NQ gathers data in order to tweak the future patches. Extra stuff in game, what we have now, its great. 1 year from now, 5 years from now, what we have now is a slice of cake compared with assets what we will have at release. Our progress was slowed, that is...
  16. Agg was not nerfed now its working as intended. We abused the power of ships staying in grav mode. One single player should not run a mega factory and it shouldnt fly solo a ship with 30-50-100T of cargo. Come on man, we will adapt. Just add constructive feedback on your posts so they gather some data and we will be fine. Just look at the market Prices are close to pre 0 .23
  17. The game will never be perfect. Thats why it will always TRY improve. No game is perfect and all are wip and balance is needed every now and then. You are not perfect but you are always improving in your field. I am not perfect, so on and so forth. What we do is now it will have more value in the future than until the end of 2020 so buckle up, you're in for a ride.
  18. It will be fixed during 2021 with pvp activities and permanent element damage. All we need is slow progress and pvp. Dont worry, we will destroy more than we can produce atm.
  19. Market is already back, only the progress is slowed and items are dumped again into the market because stockholders want factories resumed, and its ok. The only reason players are not happy is mainly due to the decisions they took in the past. We all play the same game and if 30 days player "has" more than 100 days player, its clearly poorly player experience. 0.23 will have more added value in the future not now. We just need more pvp to get the items out from market back into the game, flying in space.
  20. I havent played ALpha. I have played beta since day 1. After 40 days i was kicked from old org.. Lost aprox 750 mil quanta donations in that org. Literally ripped off. Day 41 i start with 10 mil assets 2 scanners on S core ship. Day 100+ i love 0.23 and i hope they slow our progress, i hope they remove the meganodes and improve the T1 ore on each Tile by 10-25% so the tiles to have an added value so we can only chase rarer resources. You have twice the time compared with me and you knew what to do while i had to discover DU. 0.23 was needed. the market was full of items below craft price (dual.sh+asking around) and that was not ok.
  21. You wont be able to place auto mining machines on Safe Zone. You can create content by Search and Kill ops of auto mining tiles after Warfare is on. Problem fixed. PS: your math is kind of right.
  22. 1: Megacorps are big groups playing in group who no matter what they did and because of alpha experience they advanced in tier and numbers. There is no mathematical proof that after release it wont be same. If a wipe is needed the gap between megacorps and solo players will be inifite = dead game. 2: k 3: We get the bots, they get some quanta back. 4: n/a 5: they should improve it. 6: Game is early beta and still in development. 7: We are different, we play game at different speeds and the progression sometimes is not liniar. 8: They slowed the progress. Progress is not punished. People were selling items below craft price cost and advanced too fast in tiers. With the T2-T5 element patch it would have been a broken economical game. 9: see point 6. 10: 0.23 was needed. Pre-0.23 was too easy. 1 man running 1000+ pieces of industries in 1 month is broken. 11: k 12: see point 6. Mea Culpa? You are part of Alpha Testing Team. I am a beta tester. Why should i pay for you not giving the right feedback at the right time ? o/
  23. Players who dont survive this patch they wont survive in the future when the rest of the game is here. Territory Warfare, Permanent damage, Energy system when we all have to re-think and re-design re-allocate factory on different tiles, so on and so forth. This game is not ment to reach instant gratification. Imagine Eve Day1, 2004 1st month. 3 months later we flying with Avatars around Jita? That is what happened in DU...and its ok. We've learned the lessons. As ive said it on DU discord, the info we have in game atm can and will be used by NQ to gather data in order to confirm 0.23 to be working and move futher in development. Removal of MegaNodes from the game, make average numbers on T1/2 similar on all planets while you keep T3-T5 exactly the same on the game (ore can be reset later on next year, maybe at release or when TW comes) is another good thing that will slow down the progress and confirm a working economy. It is hard? Yes. Will it be harder? Yes. But no matter how many adjustments they make now...THE FUTURE PATCHES are even harder. 0.23 is nothing compared with Atmosphere pvp patch and permanent loss on elements. Hat off to everyone who is working outside DU.exe to make this game great again! PS: Bring them elements skins on the game + gift to accounts o/

  25. The data NQ gathers will be used to inform decisions on the game experience. If you can provide clear feedback, the dev team will get it right. If you use free speech without focusing on the feedback using idioms, lingo and hyperbole you will provide a bad feedback. You need to be able to communicate what the issue is, but dont focus spend excessive time on your emotions and frustations. You need to be clear, polite and to the point. At the end of the day, we are all people here and we all have the same goal in mind, to create a masterpiece.
