Welcome to myDU Noveans!

With myDU you will have the option to play Dual Universe without a subscription or host your own server for others to play with you! myDU is available right now!

Here is how to get myDU:

First, go to http://dualuniverse.game and click play now. You can also purchase myDU with this link. Once myDU has been purchased, you will be able to download it via your account page. (Please note: If you do not have an account, you will need to register for one).

There are different methods on how you can purchase myDU. Directly using a credit card or Paypal, or exchanging your current gametime to gain access. The cost is:

EUR 29.99

GBP 24.99

CAD 42.99

AUD 44.99

USD 34.99

UPDATED 19.08.2024 - We are experiencing a few website related issues which currently means that the game time conversion system is not working correctly yet and will display an error telling you that you do not have enough gametime. We are working to resolve this issue and recommend that those of you who want to convert time, wait until we give you the news that the option is available. We currently do not have an ETA yet, as we're unsure why it was working during testing, but not on the live side.

Lifetime accounts will receive a copy of myDU at no extra cost.

Exchanging game time: In order to exchange game time to purchase myDU, you will need to have more than 3 months of game time.

DACs - You can use your remaining DACs to add game time to your account in order to purchase myDU.

How to Set up myDU:

Client install:

Download the client and install on your PC. Connect and select the server you wish to play on.

Server Install:

Here is a handy server setup start guide:

https://support.dualthegame.com/hc/en-us/articles/15443281740444-Server-Set-up-Instructions

How to Export your Core Blueprints:

If you would like to export your core blueprints from the MMO server to a myDU server, please go to this address: https://meshexporter.dualuniverse.game/

Please note that some restrictions to protect creators apply. You will then be able to import those blueprints through the backoffice of your myDU server.

Choose where you want to play

The MMO server (hosted by Novaquark which requires a subscription) will welcome you as always. You can play on the MMO server or on myDU servers (Which is a one time purchase fee) or both! You decide. :)

If you run into any technical problems, please make sure to read the documentation and for assistance we highly recommend joining our official Discord to ask our very knowledgeable community for any tips and tricks that they might have.

A new way to play Dual Universe starts now with myDU!

I have setup a dedicated server ... but I cannot login to Backoffice - after entering the credentials nothing happens ... i.e. also windows does not ask me to "accept the certificate". (tried Edge and Chrome)

Is it possible NQ please to open a forum space to private server pubbing "officially" the available server?

PS : Just bought it, I see only an exe win file to download as the server. No linux files as it is told ? Thx.

The Linux files can be downloaded with commands in the installer documentation.

Unfortunately, this does not work for me. Is there a manual for this? I always get an error message. I think you should be able to import your own constructs without DRM protection, right?

Hello,

I managed to set up my server, no issue with this.

But I have some weird issue when crafting pure material, like Pure Carbon for example.

Crafting time in nanopack shows 8 seconds, but the craft only lasts 1s.

The issue is that the same behavior happens in Refiner for T2 pure (and maybe even T3 to T5, i didn't try yet).

Crafting time shows something like 1m30s, but when i start production it changes to 1s, and the required amount of material to start production jumps to around 10k.

I checked the recipes in the backoffice and everything looks fine.

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this issue ?

Thanks
