purchasing territory unit

Hi people of not earth,

I got my free territory unit for Sanctuary and now I want to buy a territory unit.

In support chat I was informed that they go up in price the more you have.

So the 1st one you buy costs 15,000, 2nd is 150,000 and so on.

I can seem to buy one for anything less than 140,000

Was I misinformed?  Do we just have to get them on the open market.  No special AI trader?

The price of the actual element is decided by sellers on the market (should be around 150K atm), but for each tile you claim when you place the TCU there is a fee that goes up. First is free, second 120K, third 480K and so on.

Apparently the equation of increase is not that linear but yes this is basically how it works, search the market for a territory unit, make sure you have room to carry it

Yeah, they average 150,000 - 200,000 depending on demand at the time.
