Can I Run It? Thread

Hi guys,

 

I was just checking if I can run DU pretty well/decently well with my PC specs.  I have seen the game minimum requirements, but one person who plays DU says it should be fine but will lag in the market areas, he has a Ryzen 5 2600x.  Here are my PC specs:

 

Windows 10 64bit Home (probably not needed, figured I'd put it in here)

Ryzen 5 1600

16gb ram

GTX 1060 6gb

It will be installed on an SSD.

 

If not, would I have to overclock my CPU to the 3.4ghz as stated in the min. requirements?

It will be tight but I think you can run it.  Expect a lot of crashes and low frame rates in the starter areas.

Cant speak on your CPU as I know nothing of AMD, but I run DU fine on a 1050. Alioth markets can be rough but otherwise its good. Installing it on a SSD is non-negotiable imo.  Yes i am due for an upgrade,  Haha. (Looking at you 3080).

The only thing I would change is the RAM, to 32.
Having a SSD for the cache also helps allot.
