I am going to have to agree with CaptainTwerkmotor, why would we outlaw it?  we are the ones that make the laws and rules etc in this game, so a few groups might make it contraband, but there are going to be a lot that don't

Yeah, I mean, sure, but... why would anyone make it illegal IN the game? They would be like potions or elixirs in any other MMORPG. Why would smugglers need to be in check? 


Best case scenario, a big corporation makes a lot of them, makes money, buys more army than any other faction and pulverises any competition and the game is turned to JUAREZ Universe and we all play as space drug-lords and hustlers.


Organisations? Nah, call them Cartels, turn legates to O.Gs and call the admins "The Feds".


I hope the composer for the music in-game has a really goood sense of hip-hop music, cause Space-Cadillac ain't playin' no techno yo. If it ain't Strait Outta Arkship, it ain't cool yo.

I love the dubbed version more then that original. Totally changes the entire feel of the video and its amazing.
 
The trailer itself I think is also awesome! I did not read through the twitter comments but frankly it is what I expect. Without more demos being available, streamers showcasing, etc... there is very little for the community to go on other then speculation. It doesn't help that the current testers are all under NDA and unable to comment based on the current state of the game. Not to mention drawing the connections between NMS is frankly a terrible idea. My hope is that between now and release we will have it opened up for the community to really judge for themselves. Personally I prefer watching streamers to get a feel for if a game is something I am interested in or not.

For me such updates are important as I remembered about the game after kickstarter campaign was finished and now cannot view closed tester forums or enter the game. Also as NQ members do not reply much on forums it's hard to understand if they ever read suggestion section, because now I have feelings that most of ideas won't go further than forum members imagination but we will realize it only after release. 
Anyway much time left till release, hopefully we will get more updates at later development stages.  

As only very limited amount of people have access to pre-alpha I think it would be nice to have at least some forum dev blog posts that in written form give short list and idea of what was done and what is planned next. It would take much less time and still will be really helpful.

As I said,  I think this person got what was coming to them, and I have no issue with this decision. I'm not sure exactly what he thought he would get out of posting about it on the forums.
 
My point was that, due to a number of other unrelated events and decisions, the Discord server in question does have problems with regards to neutrality, fairness, and abuse by admins. So I think a proper decision was made here, but they are no saints.

Wow this is one toxic topic. Sounds like there was a definite reason you were banned. Crying about it here isn't going to help you
 
That said, there are certainly reasons why a fair number of community members have left that Discord ...

I want people to be aware that the dev supported discord is so bad  off ,i mean the guy didnt ban me for starting trouble he coulda even gave me a warning if  my simply speaking was wrongful... seriously seeing people defend this behavior is disheartening.

Leveling an accusation does not go hand in hand with not being civil. Think.
 
Maybe an Official discord is necessary i would certainly like one for the benefit of the community.

Sorry gonna have to call bull seeings as the devs support tge dis. Also i understand the guy is your friend but fighting a wrongfilul ban is in no way proving him right. 

Alright so my twin brother was banned from the Unofficial discord earlier for saying "i didnt ask for your help prick" afyer the admin told him ""its not my job to fix your discord"". Ill give them that although i thought it was overkill and logged on try to get him unbanned. So i got banned for literally nothing i was totally civil so im just going to post these and you guys can decide.
