    Due to some file size restrictions that seem to be for the whole thread, not just one post, the rest are hosted remotely: This is a physical copy of the game, numbered limited edition 0058/1000. I haven't opened it to look inside at the disc(s) or any accompanying booklet. This is the Arkship USB key. I believe it also holds a digital copy of the game. Appears to be made of plastic. Next is the DU t-shirt. It has the logo on the front, and a founder backer tag on the sleeve. 100% cotton and paper thin. Finally, we have the statue. Although it's made of plastic, it has at least some heft, and doesn't look bad, especially in the packaging for this gift set, which becomes a display for the statue once you take everything else out. The under base of the statue has some pieces of plastic mold sticking out, but the feet of the base keeps those from making the statue wobble. It sits stable. If I hadn't waited NINE YEARS for this after paying 400 euros, much of the in-game perks never delivered, the gameplay not what was promised, and what is now pretty much a dead game, I'd probably be overall happy with this. After everything though, I'm not sure. Haven't decided if I'm going to keep this or try to sell it to recoup some of my losses. What do you think?

    The next item is the poster. It's a large poster, but unfortunately, not suitable for framing, because it's folded, and damaged. It doesn't look like much care was put into packaging this.

    The next item is the companion coffee table book "The Art of Dual Universe". It's a beautiful book, with images from the game, concept art, and more. There's a whole page dedicated to the pets. Did we ever get the pets?

    After NINE YEARS it finally arrived! (First reply will contain the rest of the photos due to upload limits of the forum) First off, I have to say, the packaging is impressive. Novobox did a great job. These first photos just show the outside of the box but there's more in the next post that really showcase the design. The first item I pulled from the box was my ID card. Only the back is displayed, because I did not know if the ID # shown on the card was something I could share safely. It also has my username on it, and RUBY FOUINDER. It's a neat souvenir, but unfortunately it's really scratched up as you can see in the photo. Even before I held it, smudge and finger print marks were visible on this. I know the Novaquark team handled these a bit when they photographed them last year to prove to founders that physical rewards were indeed coming. The scratches are even worse on the other side. I guess they were a little rough with mine. The next item is the tote bag. Dual Universe logo on one side, Novean Technology on the other. I've never in my life seen a polyester tote bag before. Such an odd material choice. I worry this won't hold up at all for any length of time if used. I guess they cheaped out on this one. more in the replies!

    Contacted support about my physical rewards and they replied by telling me to check this thread which was posted back in July? Come on! Where are my physical rewards!

    So when will you be shutting down the MMO servers, and will the Founders get a free copy of myDU? PS: I see some founders have received their physical rewards. Hoping mine arrives soon. Ironic it will get here in time for the whole concept of a single shard DU game to die.

    If they were sending by USPS, of course. As this is coming from outside of the US, and because Novaquark is likely to use the cheapest possible shipper they can find, if I had to guess, they will end up using DHL or a company that will pass off to UPS for the delivery to the US address. In either case, they will not have access to, nor will they follow the USPS change of address. If they use UPS, it is possible I will be able to have the package diverted in transit. Not so sure about DHL. Still the point is after waiting NINE YEARS, and they STILL HAVEN'T shipped yet, they shouldn't be asking the FOUNDERS to jump through hoops to get physical rewards they were promised almost a decade ago. Heck, I bet some of the founders have actually died waiting for their rewards. This whole situation sucks. Novaquark did us dirty, and it's clear they don't care about us.

    I and many others have made complaints to Kickstarter. We've all been told that Kickstarter will not assist us, and if we have an issue with being defrauded we would need to take legal action against NQ. It may come to that.

    And of course, nearly 9 years later, I'm moving. Despite still not receiving anything in all this time, they're now telling me that they had a deadline of last month to update addresses. So now that I've decided to move, I'm S.O.L. on my physical rewards. Whenever they decide to send them (probably in another 9 years) they will send them to whatever address was in their database as of February. At this point, I may just have to sue these guys. They've made it quite clear they don't care about their backers.

    I'm pretty sure we've all been scammed. I don't think they will ever send anything. I think Novaquark has realized they can just string us along indefinitely, and never actually send anything. I'm not sure what legal recourse we have either. I can say that I'm really upset about all of this.

    Here we go again! Months ago, you sent an update, and emails stating that physical rewards for ALL KICKSTARTER BACKERS, INCLUDING ALL FOUNDERS, would be released. We were even warned that we would not be able to update our addresses after that date, because the items were about to be shipped! MONTHS LATER AND WE ARE STILL WAITING, and guess what? I AM MOVING AGAIN! Hey, you can't expect me to stay in one place for NINE FREAKING YEARS!!! I've updated my address in your system, and can only hope if you actually ever get off your lying rear ends and send this stuff out that you will make sure that our addresses are current and up to date before you send everything out. Of course the reality is that when you do finally send anything out I'll probably be long dead, and my great grandchildren will be looking forward to receiving my Ruby Founder rewards. I feel so cheated. Novaquark is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Why don't you guys just give us all our money back?

    I'm guessing another 50 years or so waiting for Kickstarter physical rewards. Sound about right?

    @NQ-Nyzaltar, Thank you for this detailed response. It is more than I expected to receive from NQ and I am grateful for it. I don't know if I have two STU's, I will have to check. I have used one, so I should by your indication have another one in my inventory. I will check on this shortly as I log back into the game. As far as the remainder of the rewards, yes, it has been years, and yes until this reply, dropping the ball after all these years is exactly what I thought NQ had done. Thank you for the apology. I appreciate it. I do believe NQ should issue a formal statement of apology to all of the Kickstarter backers, and give us a detailed timeline of when to receive fulfillment of all rewards, both digital and physical. Again, I appreciate your thoughtful and well thought out reply, but not all of the founders are active on the forums, and questions are still left unanswered. Considering we've been waiting since 2016, this is just unacceptable. Please relay this to the leadership team. Again, thank you for your reply. I look forward to a response from NQ leadership.

    I like the new setup. Starting with a free base of operations, including mining equipment and a vehicle is a great way to get people a start. Plus the interactive VR tutorials are amazing. These are all things that were suggested from the beginning, and I'm glad they listened. Just dropping people in the wilderness next to the arkship and saying "Good luck, figure it out" was never going to work. I haven't had much time to explore yet, but so far, so good. I know folks are bringing up issues, and certainly not here to discount that, but so far my gameplay experience in this release version has been positive.

    That is the list for the Ruby founder level. You can check the kickstarter page for your rewards, not that you should expect to get them any time soon. If NQ doesn't reply soon, I may need to contact an attorney.

    Be sure to follow the flight tutorial. This new system for the tutorials, and being able to access them within your included base is a really nice feature. They've definitely made some real improvements in this regard. Will help a lot of people get started in the game. Was one of my biggest gripes early on.

    Considering those of us who were Founders are still waiting 6 years later for all of our Kickstarter rewards, I'd comfortably say don't hold your breath.

    Even those of us with lifetime subscriptions are still getting screwed. Go check out the threads about the kickstarter rewards. Novaquark has a lot of explaining to do.

    Still waiting on a reply. Where are our rewards? It's release day, and we're still waiting. I contributed to the Kickstarter in 2016 with an expected delivery of ALL in 2018! Are you going to just leave us here waiting forever? Was this a con?

    WHERE ARE OUR REWARDS? I think the Founders have been more than patient. Most of us contributed back in 2016 with an expected delivery date of 2018. We were later told that there were delays, and that we would receive our rewards "soon". Soon became "later", and then "before game release date". Here we are on release day, and we're still left waiting. As a Ruby founder, I was promised the following: I am still waiting. This is not right. I have made several inquiries via email, and through these forums, and I either get a blanket statement of "soon", or I am ignored. This is gone on for too long. JC and the team need to address this. Today. It's launch day and we're all feeling pretty cheated.

    Yup. It's been YEARS now. This is what I was promised as a RUBY founder: Where is everything? We keep getting told "soon" but it's been FOUR YEARS! I became a Ruby founder in 2016! SEVEN YEARS AGO! This is ridiculous, and bordering on criminal. And with no response from the team, I'm beginning to think they have forgotten us, or simply don't care about us.
