  1. He could make a difference because of the calculations. The ships are in one or multiple gravitational fields from the planets, if they create gravitation themselves it would mean bending the space again, and mean more complexity in the gravitation prospect.
  2. Aha. It was the great past, now we know how great it is too. Internet everywhere and then infinite computers... Black Holes xD wormholes, teleportation.
  3. You see the Death Star? Well it's big so of course we could land on it. But let's say an Empire cruiser, very big it is, with a tiny ship you should just be stuck to it, the cruiser is like 1000 to 10,000 times bigger than you are. I don't think these number could be achievable, but only 100 time bigger, you get stuck to it, or you just need to be fixed a little bit. For ships to create gravity it would be great but I don't expect it, I rather expect the planets to have their gravitational field also occurring into space...
  4. I believe each group can have a 'hidden' name for each planet (to avoid spies), so they would basically vote for a name, or choose it amongst high grades, who knows what org wants, each to his own... Then, the public name of planet shouldn't be possibly changed before a long time, like every season say, or after a major update during a limited period of time.
  5. The first created was NASA's in 2015, the first reprogrammable was by some US University in 2016. So yeah it's in a long time, but it basically uses quantum entanglement, so the potential is quite infinite. Damn it I want to live in the future.
  6. Actually if the ship or station you want to dock onto is big enough and your ship small enough, you'll get stick to it by gravity. Else, a sticking system for small ships should be cool, like the 'connect' you said.
  7. Everquest Next? That exists? See, not even heard about it. Oh I see Landmark got a very low mark from video game websites...
  8. Actually air voxel ain't something easily achievable, so we'll see. It would be great but it's not necessary right now.
  9. Beautiful. So the cockpit is about 2.8 meters . That's quite a huge machine. Maybe a second place at the rear? Or to carry things?
  10. TU : a new buddy comes in the community site, sees terran union in first position, chooses TU.
  11. Oh so that's what means air voxel? Get it now. Would be damn good, but as invisible we should get the infos about the air remaining oxygen in the ship (as on the surface of planets) thanks to some device (maybe in the suit or on computers while on board) with captors inside and outside the ships.
  12. This would be like an opened vote in fact.
  13. Yes I believe we need to consider the game first as it is basically with no script and then consider the possibility of scripting. Remember everyone won't be scripting, but those non-scriptwriter folks could by the scripts from the scriptwriters.
  14. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ansible https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tachyon sci-fi = theory.
  15. Thanks I just don't look at the news most of the time. It will be after the launch, so at first it will be like the physical markets but not for vegetables or meat but more ships and all.
  16. You board big ships with smaller ones? Nah I don't know how they will manage the fact we need to board... by a sas ? how.
  17. Yeah. Bot will not mine for them, for sure. Of course the great amount of resources will be gathered by big orgs, institutions, or associations on a project.
  18. The DACs' jokes are about to be a runnin' gag, they're close to the stormtroopers accuracy's apparently here XDD
  19. Normally the only thing limiting your speed would be your mass, as pushing your reactors even into space would add force to it over and over. Again, maybe the gravitational acceleration thanks to the planets.
  20. SWG... I feel like I've missed a good old game back in the days playing LOTRO when it was released... good old days.
  21. Thanks. When an idea comes out, I go create a meme.
  22. The thing is the conquerors of earth or raider discovered new lands as thought there were holy places, like the planets, places out of our reach. Their journeys seemed so inconceivable to redo they basically said it wouldn't be possible to redo it freely with no ease, it was almost an impossible travel. So they claimed their lands and now, loads subsisted hundreds of years with the same name. I'm okay with some sort of vote-or-war possibility to rename planets or get back old name.
