  1. As far as I have seen, it is quite easy to build in game and do a constant tweaking of engine placement thruster placement, wing placement with testing in between. Especially if, as in our org, you have some builders who will readily help.

  3. Surely, those are not that important yet as this is only the alpha version of the game where mechanics are being devised and tested rather than everything looking pretty.

  10. Hi, I'm old, I'm Bill and I'm from the UK. My philosophy in life has been finely honed over the years, it can be summed up as "Hope for intelligence, plan for incontinence". I've been around a few other MMOs etc. Notably Anarchy Online, LOTRO, NMS. This one sounds like it could be where I end up for the long haul. I look forward to meeting with many of you, hopefully not as a target in your crosshairs.
  11. Having had to put up with global channels full of trolling idiots in the past, I would welcome a totally P2P system as you seem to be implying. Having to spend money on the game each month will tend to keep out those who visit F2P games on a rolling number of characters that arrive, cause chaos, get banned and reincarnate moments later. I'm not sure how a free intro session will stop that happening. It would be nice, come launch time to let in those who went "all in" early a little before those who are arriving because of the launch fanfare. I don't mind if it has a cosmetic shop, it would be nice to be able to sell play tokens for in-game cash, I'm sure the local economy will work out the level for that transaction. Because there are going to be some fantastic designs and blueprints made by ordinary punters, it would be good if the cosmetic shop could have a place where they could sell their wares for real cash with a percentage going to the developers. I am no voxel high priest or LUA geek and would welcome the opportunity to buy from those who are. I also would like to see the opportunity for in-game skills teaching (pay-to-learn acceptable) where experts from devs or players could set up classrooms with demonstrations. We were doing this sort of thing in "Second Life" years ago so it should be easy enough to do now. I am looking forward to this MMO immensely, I don't need everything from day one, it will be a thrilling journey to see how this universe develops.
