  1. It's on the wiki page, and I guess I didn't fully read the announcement on the 29th or I would have known about the change to the contributor level. My apologies.
  2. Just checking, but you only had the Alpha backer contributor pack correct? If that is so, according to the alpha backer rewards, this is all that you should be getting (some of which isn't in the game yet, like the pets): About the only physical item you should have gotten was the extra resurrection node. Then again, I could be wrong especially if you have something other then the contributor pack.
  3. Also, how much longer do you think it will be on the missing Sanctuary Territory Units issue?
  4. and it's only going to be limited to a 1km tall tower at most. A month ago we were dodging around 10km+ towers and platforms that were still around the markets. Is it an inconveinance, yes it is. Does it mean we'll have to watch our approaches and cargo amounts, yes it does. Is it really a reason to quit a game over, no it's not.
  5. Those are NQ BOT sellers for those XS, S, M engines.
  6. Your right, orgs can't claim hexes. BUT their members can, and I believe if the DRMS are set correctly org members can mine for the ORG on the Haven/Sanctuary tiles and if they're next to other members of their Org, they MIGHT be able to get the MU mining bonuses. But this is not something that I have tested due to most of my Org being inactive waiting on updates/launch. This is a potential bonus for Org members to settle next to each other on Haven & Sanctuary, not definate though.
  7. Quick question, will those backers who were promised 2x Sanctuary Territory Units be getting them both at launch, or is there a delay on the second one? Plus I believe there were one or two contests (I COULD BE WRONG ABOUT THIS IT HAS BEEN A FEW YEARS) where STUs were promised as prizes to the winners, will they be receiving them at launch as well?
  8. Or if you have enough honeycomb & elements now, make a second ship from the main core bp, strip out everything you want to make the 'stripped' version of your ship, and then create a second core bp of the stripped ship again making sure that bp is named somehow to indicate it is the stripped version.
  9. Okay, here's a few things about Space Engineers. 1. It's not free, you have to buy the game, and if the server you want to play on is using the purchased DLCs, you have to buy the DLCs 2. Servers cost money to run every month and someone has to pay it. It doesn't matter if you're renting a server or running one from home, there is a cost. Now for some home servers all the cost is just the extra electricity and the normal maintenance of the server, but for others the server owner has to pay a much higher price to their ISP for the necessary bandwidth for the server to run properly. Who pays for it, well the server owner/operator of course, and sometimes the couple of friends that got together with the owner to get the server started. All of the 'free' online games out there aren't really free, there is a cost involved in them somewhere. Maybe you're paying for it just by the ads you have to click through at times. Maybe it's paid for by all the costumes, skins, armor, and weapons that are available to purchase by cash/credit. Maybe it's paid for by any donations the people running the game servers receive. However the costs for the games are paid for, they are being paid for, at least until the day they aren't being paid anymore, then the game goes away. So anyways, here's Dual Universe they have decided to offset the costs of running the game, the players will pay a subscription of some sort. You pay the subscription, you can play, you don't pay the subscription, you don't get to play, simple as that. All of those other 'Free-to-play' MMOs out there have some gimmick to get money, and so long as their particular gimmick keeps giving them enough money to pay the bills every month they won't go to a subscription, but when the gimmick fails to get them enough money, that's when you see a previously free-to-play MMO suddenly talking about requiring a subscription in the future, or just completely shutting down. Anyways, I've said my part, agree with it, don't agree with it, I really don't care. Just remember, there is always some type of cost, sometimes you get to see what the cost is, sometimes you don't.
  10. I believe some of the higher backers might be getting 2 STUs, could be wrong though. Though if you nestle altogether with your org and set the perms right, I could be wrong again, but perhaps mega org mining flower?
