NQ-Nyzaltar Posted January 20, 2017 Share Posted January 20, 2017 Hi Mefsh, Changing the e-mail address is a feature that has been temporarily deactived on the user side.You can contact the customer support here: support@novaquark.com While contacting them for this kind of request, you will need to do it from the previous e-mail address (and not the new one).This is necessary to prove that you are really the owner of the involved account. Just wondering if anybody knows why. Changing the e-mail address is a feature that has been temporarily deactived on the user side. Yup, we can change the Email address and also the account Username on the Community Portal months ago.
