Can not change Email on Community portal Account.

Hi Mefsh,

 

Changing the e-mail address is a feature that has been temporarily deactived on the user side.
You can contact the customer support here: support@novaquark.com

While contacting them for this kind of request, you will need to do it from the previous e-mail address (and not the new one).
This is necessary to prove that you are really the owner of the involved account.

I just noticed that I can not change my email on my Community portal Account when I use to be able to. Just wondering if anybody knows why.

Yup, we can change the Email address and also the account Username on the Community Portal months ago.

I think the reason why NovaQuark deactivated this feature is to prevent account link problem  ^_^
