I imagine eventually someone will start a police force organization. Perhaps even such an organisation that is solely for the peaceful maintenance of a planet or even solar system.
The possibilities are huge. All said and done, everyone will be part of helping to shape the civilization of Dual Universe. I personally would love to see organization's working together for the betterment of all.

Aside from the fact I don't know how doable such powerful weapons would be at this stage of development, a Pact of Peace amongst existing organization's could help establish the foundation on which those who sign up to it, agree to respect land as you've outlined FHG_Steve, but also to reassure each other and help civilization within the game grow.
From reading some blogs it seems some things will take time to do, and if people or orgs are too busy blasting at one another, that could hinder progression for all.
Just some random thoughts.

I think this is a very noble and decent pact. It would be a challenge to maintain or even enforce it, but as someone who hopes to one day found a civilian city, it would be nice to see such places respected by all.
I fear that as we near release, more war-hungry organization's will appear, and such a pact may be fragile, but my idealist, utopian-self would enjoy seeing such a pact upheld where possible

I would like to see neutral zones, or a planet that everyone respects as somewhere everyone can go if they want, to negotiate or just relax. l'd love to build a civilian city where anyone can go, but if any kind of zone or planetary neutrality is reliant on players, it will require negotiation and mutual respect to maintain it.
The other possibility is an alliance of organization's so big who protect that neutral zone/planet, that no one would dare disturb the peace anyway.

Late 2018, early 2019 for release popped into my head for some reason, but it's hard to gauge. Either way I am looking forward to play testing.

Given the recent discussions on the forums surround the organization known as COPS, I would like to once again reaffirm that members of COPS, self-proclaimed pirates though they may be, are nevertheless entitled to certain rights just as the rest of the community is.
The right to form one's own organization, and the right to join an organization which one may find interesting, are given privileges that should not be subject to attempted sabotage or other malicious tactics, merely because that organization or individual's ideology is disagreeable to some. If said entity were to intentionally detract from another entity's ability to enjoy the community and Dual Universe, then counteractive measures are entirely justified. However, ridiculing or committing hate crimes based merely on disagreeable ideals is under nearly all circumstances improper and toxic.
With that said, Cinderfall (collectively) is not one to tolerate such noxious behavior directed toward any party in the community. As such, while we would be overstepping ourselves with a complete endorsement of the Coalition, we do extend a feather of support to COPS concerning this matter, and discourage any further hating on COPS or its members.
Birds of a feather flock together, not to be shot down by some disrespectful person.

Yes it looks beautiful, love the sun and the aura around the planet. It looks nicer than I anticipated. I can imagine sitting in my ship and seeing something like that. Will be a sight to behold!

Should be a minigame called 'Dual Universe's Got Talent'. A way to entertain the masses with an over-glorified show and tell. We could even have News segments and platforms for political debates and such. Actually, it's looking like we're going to need a whole television system here with real players to run it. I'm starting to think I should make my own organization, the Coalition of Broadcasting Stuff (COBS).
In that case I am putting in an early request from COBS. I'd like my own TV show called: 'I'm Not A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here' where I get to place my chosen contestants on a planet made out of candy floss (or cotton candy) and watch them eat the whole planet.

Balance is always important and I often observe in human societies that if there is imbalance chaos will arise in order to restore balance. Push too far one way, someone has to push back. I believe the Universe requires balance in all things, whether it's creating planets, stars, life etc. Just the right ingredients in all things. Too much of any one thing creates dis-ease.
I think we will see this reflected in DU. If there is too much destruction, there will be those who will fight to bring order, and thus the scales of life will ever swing until total balance is achieved.
