When the banks collapsed in the current economic crisis. The goverments of the world used tax payers money to pay of the massive debts of the banks to save them.
That is what is called the "bail out".
I suspect it comes from the american term for paying money to get out of jail until a court ruling is made.
Its an over simplification of what happened but thats the joke.
OP wanted to set up a bank, drama, he is forgiven....bail out.

Working on the Organization as we approach Alpha, taking it slow for now. By the time Alpha hits everything should be fully operational.

I'll go find a nice corner to sit in and not talk to anyone and long for my moonshack and spacetruck. Then go home to my real shack in my real truck and think about what a good day it was.
