Posting in a carebears thread that are afraid to play a game that could be unsafe for them... Yeah pixels ships are serious business. Sorry I'm a bit aggressive here but I saw that kind of request too much in games. You don't want to get griefed ? Then play smart, don't be a console player, join a corp, don't fly alone, keep an eye on your scanner, don't go AFK or AFK farming because if you do then you deserve to be destroyed.. I don't know, but seriously I'm done with people who want to play a game as a farming game half AFK because PvP is too hard for them. I agree the universe need some systems where people can start their journey without being chain killed. But... This need to be only FEW like starter constellation. Outside of it need to be full PvP because there is no honor to get rare resources if there is no challenge.

You just don't understand how things works and act like a child that don't use his brain. If you want to compare games, compare what it can be compared. Guildwars / WoW, are certainly NOT sandbox games. You should start to learn the difference between an MMO and a sandbox. EvE Online and Perpetuum can be compared because they are sandbox. Sandbox mean to have an extra power in the IT performances that cost a lot of money monthly. We are NOT talking about some shitty cloud nodes for making instances. We are talking about a BIG World cluster with damn LS network connectivity between the hosted clusters and the clients. Because it cost too much money and publishers don't like it for obvious reasons. DU want to have ONE big universe sandbox, then monthly subscription is THE ONLY WAY to maintain the level of expectation hardware and network power. Also and not the smallest one. Monthly mean no pay 2 win, no paying DLC, no premium shit with golds etc... All players on the same level, no credits or ship payable by real money. Everything only with game credits. This is the best way to make the best games. Free2play is the cancer of gaming since the game industry have seen here a great commercial way to money grab. Buy to play is nice at some point but will never helps to maintain the cost of the server side and will be forced to add some 'internal cosmetic' for real money and/or premium (like Albion) that I personally don't like at all. Don't be retard, monthly subscription is the best choice ever for gamers and the game itself.

No and it's obviously because it's far to be the best idea, at very least some fan of the movies will maybe stick to it, but not enough I'm sure because even fans want something new. Hello Folks, I just noticed that 2 orgs are claiming to be the Galactic Empire. - THE GALACTIC EMPIRE - EMPIRE HOWEVER ! There can be only ONE Galactic Empire your both orgs have ~20 members and It's up to you, but you definitely should consider to merge for the sake of a real galactic empire meaning a lot of pilots to rule the universe. (ps: no offense ofc, in my opinion star wars theme is no imagination and you should try to find a real background of your own but ok why not)

C'est à cause de ce genre de comportement et de mentalité chauvinisme à la con que les Français passe pour des attardés aux yeux des internationaux. Dans ta phrase je vois pleins de problèmes. We are a French group but we also speak English when it's needed. Unfortunately, our group is a dedicated community to french speaking people and wont be open for the others as there is a lot of French that don't even speak the king English. I agree it's a shame and I'm the first one to facepalm about it but oh well..
