i am comeing to this game from starmade and if you play on the starside/shatered skyes server you might have seen me.

 

i am probably going to be doing a large shipyard setup so there will be multpull projects on at any one time you can have your own space to build depending on the size of ship you want. please keep in mind there will by my own project going on to build a large warship hopefully the same one i have in starmade. the ship yards might be closed from time to time because i will need to go and mine or do other things however if someone is willing then they can over see the ship yard until i get back.

any bigger than 20000m there is only 1 berth due to being outside the main births

UNSC00- takes no responsibly for any ships that have been built in the ship yard outside of 5km. in side 5km the shipyards will help you defend you.

Not a bad idea. I would recommend joining one of the larger alliances. This project would suit it rather well.

Starmade. I haven't played that game in a while but it sure takes me back. Welcome to have you on the forums and in the community.

 

This shipyard idea sounds good, but you're going to have to figure out a way to protect this. I imagine the two options are Mercenaries or a faction with enough firepower to do so,

This sounds like a very good idea. It can help the smaller groups having protection while building their ships. Will it cost money to build ships in your shipyard?

Since the engine of this game allows Insanely large builds i have a proposal to make. We can do the one thing everyone has wanted to do for years and years. It is time for the birth of  the UNSC INFINITY. of course we will have to start out small with some frigates and prowlers and such, but once we have enough firepower to cover the building it could very well be done.
