I haven't come across those settings yet.  As for the fuel, it would be relatively easy to change the recipes to use Oxygen and/or Hydrogen and be nano-craftable.

Basically the lower the fuel rate, the slower you burn fuel.
You can edit specific enginers or just do an overall.

NQ really should make a proper documentation for this kind of things, everything I've done so far has through trial and error. Some thing can easily be understood because the description name for it makes sense, others like fuelrate.
What the hell does it mean? How is it calculated and so on. I only know that the smaller the number the longer it takes to use fuel, due to checking all the engines and remembering fuel rates ingame. But how it works i have no clue.

I seem to recall reading several discussions about fuel burn rate in the Beta and possibly Alpha forums.  NQ may or may not have the resources to properly document everything but I'd be willing to bet if they trained their own LLM FAQ-bot it would be even better than standard documentation with a far smaller labor cost to implement.
