So after two weeks of waiting (over that actually, 17 days) i finally got a reply from DU support, NQ rocketman. what i got was no questions, a seemingly ingenuine apology and the ticket being marked as solved simply because they saw i was logging on...the issue isnt logging on, the issue is actually playing the damn game and constantly crashing over and over and over, if anyone is interested here's the ticket and the incredibly assuming response I got. As it seems clear that this has been posted without the other party consent, the private discussion has been removed from your post. Please refrain to post any private discussion you might have with the Customer Support in the future, or the Community Team might need to escalate Moderation measures. That being said, we totally understand your reaction. Here is what might be an explanation on what caused this mistake: Customer Support agents sometimes work on several tickets at the same time, with some pending while waiting for an information from the Dev team. By having multiple tickets opened, he might have given you an answer that was destinated to another ticket.   2. So i have a couple of issues. Ive put tickets in but ill also ask unless im missing something. 1. So i purchased the game before beta. I didnt join any forum though, I received emails for the beta and played the game breifly but performance was bad so i decided to wait. Why do i not have access to pre beta content now though ? (Im trying to converse with an alpha player which i also am. But apparently my account says i dont have access. Which i should) 2. The pack i purchased claims to come with a beta key. Which i also dont have. I checked my account and it definitely said it should come with a beta key. I have every email ive received since purchasing the game , no email about a beta key. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
  3. I have put a support ticket (#12682) in and I have posted on your facebook wall. Can I please have a refund? It's been 5 days now with zero replies etc... We had a large house expense that was unexpected and sudden. I'll be glad to re-pledge once the game fully releases. Thank you

  6. Quick Question. Will Dual Universe be on Steam? I think DU should be on steam when in the beta phase since it will help reach out to a wider playerbase. I also think it will be a less pain when moving around on different computers.

  8. Hi! I'm currently trying to upgrade my pledge from silver to gold in order to get an alpha key. Sadly, your payment portal won't allow me to pay! They claim that I received a "4-character code" by phone / that I could find it on my online bank account, which is a lie, since the code never arrived. (My bank is "Société Générale", which is a French bank.) My bank probably charges with a delay, which means I can't get my code in time for the "three hours" delay they are talking about. Here is the page I get when I try to upgrade my pledge. What should I do in order to get my alpha key? Do you have another payment portal that I could use?
