    I'll have to study the dev information on organizations to see how I can implamant a representative democracy with leaders from the main leader, judicial leaders, security, military, treasury, etc.. That would operate without direct administive need, as well as limited powers that require review and voting before action can be taken (or decidedly not taken). It's a ruff idea, and I am looking for people interested in helping in developing a free society.
