Honestly if i have more bucks to spent i will take Ruby for the life time sub. Unfortunately the Boosted Gold is the maximum amount that my budget can afford at this momentBut now the question is if sapphire or Ruby is more worthwhile?... I felt better investing IN THE DACs but I could be wrong
I hope i have enough in game credits in the future so i can get another DAC's after running out all of my DAC's

There are a bunch of videos on Dual Universe official Youtube channel. Give it a try to watch the "Ask Me Anything" video, i think some of your questions about the game will be answered thereI heard a little about what DU is and it caught my attention and I'm leaning towards backing it but.... There's clearly ALOT I don't know with regards to alpha and other (possible) in-game concepts etc.
Also quite a few questions I would prefer to have answered before I back it

It's an upgrade, so i think you will get the amount of DAC's that offered on the new level.
In your case, if you upgrade to Shappire you will get 50 DAC's.
And as Lights said, you only need to pay the price difference, not the original Shapphire cost because it's an upgrade

In the interest of providing some hard data to debate, I have looked through the "Last Post Wins" and "King of the Hill" threads (the only two threads I saw that looked like they might be considered spammy). I ignored people who had only posted once, and came up with a list of 23 people who "actively" participate in "spam" threads. The game is still on development, approximate release date :
- First half of 2017 for Alpha
- First half of 2018 for Beta
- End of 2018 for Official Release
If you want an early access to Dual Universe, you should be a Gold Backer or above for the Alpha key

I understand on what happened to No Man's Sky players & i understand how it feel, because i also bought the game on Steam
Ofcourse it will leave some kind of 'Trauma' to people because the end result was very far from what we had expected, very different from the advertisement videos, it turns all the hype into hate.
But i think it's kinda wrong to express the hate everywhere outside the game, i understand that the NMS trauma is real but we don't need to blame another upcoming space game post-NMS accident.
It's wrong to give some kind of skepticism to another game just because on what happened on NMS.
As long the upcoming Space game itself was developed by another developer (i mean not developed by Hello Games), i think it's fine
Don't look another space game as NMS 2.0, to all mad ppl on internet : please move on

I don't know if this has been considered or not, but I was wondering what the distances between planets and moons would be. At the same time, I was wondering how large the distance from world to world would be.

About the "system to system" travel, the devs said that we need to build Stargate in order to travel between star systems.
But before you can build a Stargate, you need to send a Probe to outer space so you can get the exploration data from it.
And here is the interesting part: the Probe travel is not instant, you need to wait for weeks or months until the Probe reach its destination.
Just imagine how big the Universe

I think each deployed Territory Unit has a name (individual or organization) that tied to it, so everyone who access the area will know who is the "landlord"
If an area is under "Anonymous" name, i think that means no one own that place due to the owner is unknown

Yes, the devs will wipe their server right before the official release so everyone will start from zero.
I think the advantage that you get from Alpha or Beta access is you can keep the construct blueprint that you get by your own hardwork in game (your blueprint will be kept even after the server wipe)
I cannot quote the specific reference where the developers state that the world will be wiped after (and possibly during, can't remember for sure) the alpha and beta, perhaps someone else can find that.

|Next E3 (2017), if NQ puts out another video, it will be a different story. There will be so much more for them to show, and people searching for DU online after they see the video will find a plethora of info and videos, and hopefully lots of alpha gameplay.
Pretty much agree with this one, the next E3 will be a good Step for Dual Universe to be more popular because at that time i'm sure this game will have more content than DU in previous E3
Although on the next E3 DU "may be" still in Alpha phase, but hey ,,, content is content and everyone love it !

Other than advertisement, i think we should concern about the content first
In my opinion, as long the game doesn't have good content, it will hard to be popular, doesn't matter on how much you advertise it. If the game have good content, people will come automatically
So don't worry, let DU build that good content first, advertisement can be done after that
And looks like Dual Universe also coming into Steam, based on their Kickstarter Q&A

Same here, i also waiting for some update & hoping for at least a gameplay video.
But looks like everything is a bit quite right now.
I think NQ still focusing on the crowdfunding program, that's why we don't get any update at the moment
