    Wayward Express is currently looking to fill positions (subject to changes): 1 Director - Responsible for hiring, human resources, marketing/advertising, and finance. Different directors will have different areas of focus.Org-less persons with leadership experience, or small org leaders (less than 10 members) preferred. Must join IAI. Interview required. Compensation is expected to be 5% of each ticket sold + 25% commission from their advertising contracts. 8 Gatekeepers - Responsible for boarding passengers, taking payments, and checking blacklist. Compensation is expected to be 10% of each ticket they sell. Must join IAI. 6 Pilots - Responsible for safely flying/shuttling passengers between stations and special contracts. Compensation is expected to be 20% of each ticket sold for their flight. Must join FEC. 4 Dispatchers - Responsible for organizing private contracting/shuttling, and customer service. Compensation is expected to be 25% of each contract arranged.

    As someone who's creed is FEC the system... Even I do not suppose this. BUT... I would like suggest a negative karma equivalent system... cause... reasons.

    NEW FEC POST - "The Fringe Ideology" The real matter of worries towards big sides/alliances etc is that at some level, depending on the general atmosphere or 'environment' of the game, if you're not able to survive longer than 5 mins because you're getting ganked as you're not a member of any of those 'big sides', there is indeed less freedom of play. You are indirectly obligated to join such a side. You are indirectly forced to align yourself with whoever leads a given faction, or risk getting booted regardless of how 'neutral' or indifferent they claim their org is. I understand fully this is a mmo, nor am I aiming for some single player mode. Despite this, people much rather have such freedom option to get involved as loosely as they like, or dive straight in , rather than being obligated directly or otherwise. I intend to give it to them. If you're a fringer, outcast, vagabond, castaway, or any kind of outlier, know you have a home here.
