If a player org can establish that on 1 or 2 or even 5 planets...why not - emergent gameplay.
the whole known universe won't be that way. Just take off to another planet and you can do what you want

It should display simple info such as an antenna in space engineers but it should also allow you to request additional Information if needed threat it doesn't clog up theHUD

I think there will be more systems in place. Depending on skill/antenna lvl.
Directional scan like in eve to know if there is something at all atin what angle to you in which distance.
The "radar" then can come up with additional information like velocity, vector, possible lifeforms, armaments, engine types, ...

Mm this is slightly wrong. They have stated they are open to adding creatures if enough demand is there. I believe it would be something along wildlife, obviously no storylines or quests and all that jazz.
As quoted. Wildlife: possible, Farms: possible. But definitely no npc monsters to kill for some bad gameplay which has nothing to do with DU at all

no npcs for release. POSSIBLE later, but nothing fixed. It would just not fit with DU if you introduce that random crap npc like in every other game. It only adds boring and stupid gameplay which is NOT EMERGENT GAMEPLAY

i think it would be better to have an npc as a hazzard you have to get rid of to make it safe to occupy a territory

This game is about rebuilding society. Building stuff, destroying stuff, exploring and interact with other PLAYERS. It's not about killing stupid npc for a grind

In a qestion and answer it has been said that planets will have 100 km radius, i just wonder if it is technically possible to have very much bigger planets.
Because it wouldn't make sense to make bigger planets. 1) players would not see each other and their would be less interaction. 2) server load higher. 3) players too small + planets too big = getting lost with ease

unless players are able to kill themselves it is possible to trap players untill they run out of food and stuff sort of like a prison just not forever thatway trolls cant just lock people up. unless im missing something here

I belive in my opinion that to change the constructs rights to who can use it you have to be there, so if you buy it and youre in planet gortogortos and you bought the construct from alioth, you would not be able to change the rights from so far away, instead you either have to pick it up yourself, have a trusted friend do it, or otherwise risk thievery by hiring a third party to deliver it to you.

the only placei can see this being used convceniently is place these invisible tags around space station systems that are supposed to be restricted so when someone goes in one of the places he gets a tag on him and if he ever walks through the front door or what not the tag would trigger a trap door or what not that would "arrest" the perpetrator.
No arrest with some mechanic to counter that. Would be just bad and op if you could trap a player because of some invisible tag
