Does the script actually run on the attackers PC? What happens when you have two attackers? And what if the attackers hacks and changes the output of your script to make you loose? These are flaws. That is why scripts should be either run on server or distinct from in game objects so you can setup your own server to manage that (raspberry pi or something like that).
