Is the amount of water static, ie could we empty a lake and pour the water out somewhere else? If there is a fluid physics system in place, might we build water pumps to route water over pipes on the surface of a planet? Or is there not really even going to be a need for water? There was just a post on this, it is confirmed we will have liquid water, but the exact details are unknown. I second this question. I have plans that depend on how water is handled. Specifically focused around base camouflage which would require water to be transportable. I had a few ideas for that as well.
