Adjust the RDMS for better control.

The rdms is pretty versatile as is however i have run into a change that would heavily benefit the community and the servers all at once.

This change involves the Kits and the number of cores used for kits by the players.

The request is to add an option to allow only the use of control+c instead of both the +c and +x to prevent errors or having to fix mistakes all the time.

The benefits would be as follows.

The original builders could have master cores down for vr copy paste instead of having to buy a bp and having a thousand cores of just kits everywhere.

More security to the builder in the terms of control as they have to let people have access to the core.

Less resources in the world and less cores being taken up by people just for copy usage.

I am not sure I would add that into the RDMS, I would prefer to have that option on the core. (Make a core "readonly").

Of course we can use the repair unit to put back the core in his previous state, but still takes time.
