Make Components Placable (as Decorations)

To produce an element, it needs purified ore and then components and products.

It would be so nice if all those could be placed on surfaces (like elements), but in this case only as decoration. That would allow us to fill our storage shelves and even bookshelves with interesting-looking items, bringing life into our constructs. Placed as decoration, the components don't have any function. But they can be picked up again, of course.
